Excellent food and service. We got the 4 course meal for 2. Lots of food and a lot if fun to cook and eat. This is a meal that promotes a lot of conversation and social interaction. Its a great place for couples and groups.

Had a wonderful Birthday experience here. I absolutely loved our server. It was so much fun. We had a party of 7 ladies. And it was all our first time there. The server was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will be back with my son next time.

LOVE this place. Went on a date and sat in a very private, intimate, "cubby" type of booth. Food was great! Best of all- the staff. Hands down excellent customer service. All staff members attended/talked to us. I got recommendations from servers other than my own. Felt very special! Everyone was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I will definitely be recommending this great find to my friends and family! Will be back soon!
I have celiac disease, and I can eat there with confidence that I will not get sick. They take all the precautions that they need to. The food is awesome, the pound cake is great. Love this place

My friend and I went for the wine glass painting, but while there enjoyed cheese and chocolate fondue along with some drinks. The marshmallows and brownies for dipping were out of this world delicious. Prices were reasonable and service was friendly. I’ll definitely be back for another event or just dinner.

Lovely Place. Ye gods, some people don't have the brains God gave a turnip. You don't go to a fondue place and fuss about cooking your own food. That's like going to a seafood restaurant and b**ching that there's too much fish on the menu. Anyway, this place was lovely and our server was wonderful, very knowledgeable about the food and the process. All of the ingredients were top quality and the whole experience was just really fun. They have a lover's lane-type seating area which is really secluded and private, wonderful for date night. The sauces that they serve with the entree were fantastic, especially the green goddess and the yogurt curry. And their cocktail sauce was brilliantly three-dimensional, with an unusually spicy horseradish kick that wakes you right up.
This is a lot of food, though. That cheese course is almost a meal in itself. If you get it with the Italian cured meats, then you can pretty much just skip the entree, especially if you're getting the chocolate course, too. The traditional Alpine-style cheese is obscenely glorious, especially with the Granny Smith apples.
Go, go quickly, get thee there with fastness and speed, and ask for Hannah. She's awesome.

First of all I don't know how this place has the low percentage that it does. I took my fiancé here for a surprise date last night. It was the first time for both of us. I made the reservations a week ago and I requested a lovers lane booth. When we got there we went in and were greeted by the manager. He kindly escorted us to our seats an made friendly conversation. He took us to our private booth which was so perfect. It was big enough for both of us and dimly lit- very romantic. The manager explained everything to us in full detail and then called our waiter. When she arrived she also explained how it works to us. We ordered the Big Night Out starting with the Cheddar Cheese Fondue. It was amazing. The small pieces of bread, green apples, and veggies went perfect with it. Next we both had Caesar salad and sampled some mixed drinks which were wonderful. We ordered the Lobster Feast and we loved it. It came with 2 full lobster tails already separated into pieces, 4 shrimp, 4 pieces of buffalo chicken, and 4 pieces of pork. With that came a bowl full of veggies. And it also came with 6 dipping sauces. They were superb. Then we ordered our desert and we ha the Flaming Turtle with candied walnuts. It was to die for. It ame with marshmallows, strawberries, bananas, cheesecake, brownies, and red velvet cake. Our bill total with tip and tax was 150. For that night out, the low lighting, great food, and 2 hours that we enjoyed talking and cooking our food and trying new things out- it was totally worth it. It was a great surprise. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to have some romance and impress their date.

The food and service were excellent. They went out of their way to make our anniversary special. It was more $ than we usually spend, but well worth it for a special occasion.

I went in there with my girlfriend for her birthday and it was the perfect night out! I had never been there before and she had so she and the server helped me with process, which is very fun! The manager came around and got to know us and really made the night just that much more special. It is a great first date or special evening place, but it is also great for a night of good conversation and great food and wonderful service!

We choose four course dinner for 2 and TBH it was a lot for us and be prepared to spend not less one hour there if you chose it. Everything was really tasty and delicious. The service was good.
I would love to give this restaurant a million stars! My husband and I booked a reservation for 8:30, our waiter was named Adam, he was very attentive. His energy and way of explaining the dishes to us made it an extraordinary night. This was our first time at the Melting pot, it was perfect. Each course was delicious, we enjoyed every bit of it. The seats were also secluded and the restaurant was not noisy, so you really get that romantic feel. The place was very clean and elegant and all of the staff were kind. We ended up being the last guests in the restaurant, thank you for letting us take our time to dine. We haven’t dined in anywhere since Covid, and this experience was as perfect as we could have hoped for. Thank you thank you!
We had a spectacular experience at The Melting Pot last night, for drinks, we ordered NA Pineapple Cobbler and NA strawberry Basil Lemonade; then we ordered Fiesta Cheese Fondue. For salad we ordered MP House Salad and California, California was so good! For entrée we ordered The Classic BRC and Steak Lovers BRC; for deserts, we ordered The original SM and Yin & Yang SM, we enjoyed Yin & Yang far better, but all the food was really good, so was the service.
They offer their customers and guests a discount on parking, we payed $2 only!
This place was amazing! It was my first time and we loved the experience. We went on a Wednesday night for the BFFF Fondue menu which started at $30/person. After choosing the 4 course menu and splitting a bottle of wine, we spent about $50/person which was very reasonable. The atmosphere is nice, and everyone was very pleasant. Our waitress was excellent, even though she was working multiple tables at once. She was thorough in her explanations and made sure to check on us frequently. You have to pay for parking, which is about $5 before validation and $2 after validation. They have a large selection of items, and there are even vegan and keto friendly options! Even if you just stop by for dessert, I highly recommend and would visit here again in the future.
Met a group of friends at The Melting Pot, it is such a joyful experience to dine there. The food was plenty and delicious, the drinks were on point and the experience was so much fun! Great staff and lovely ambiance. Love this place.
The food is great, but the service is the real winner. I took my mother there for her birthday and she loved it. We were seated promptly, the food came out fast, and the waiter was able to read my note on my phone stating it was my moms birthday. Now, it might have looked a bit like I was asking for help in some hostage situation, but he discreetly read the note and came out with the happy birthday written on the plate (in addition to the regular dessert).
For me, the waiter made a good experience great and it is one my mom will never forget.
Elizabeth, Liz, Eli lol was amazing! Last night was our first time visiting The Melting Pot. Liz’s personality was very welcoming and her table service was as awesome as the food…actually better than the food! Ha! 5 STARS! We will visit again :)
Came for restaurant week. Nice & different dining experience. Great service. Too much food...nice problem to have but food wasted unnecessarily (asked for modifications but still brought food we knew we weren't going to eat). Garage parking ended up more than advertised on the website. All in all, a good, unique experience!
