Let me start by saying this location is absolutely perfect ! Today was my first time trying Dickeys Barbecue Pit and oh my God not only is food absolutely amazing ! The customer service was super awesome ! They say Chick-Fil-a has the best customer service but not even Chick-Fil-a could beat this location the 2 ladies and the gentleman that were working at 6pm are absolutely amazing ! They definitely deserve to be recognized wonderful people ! And I’m guessing they knew it was my first time cause they walked me through the whole thing ! I loved it ! Will definitely be coming back and I will spread the word on this awesome location !
Good food and great customer service. I tried pulled pork sandwich and topped with their bbq sauce it was really good! Prices are good knowing it's a location in the mall. Definetely better than rest of the food court stuff. Will definitely come back! Place is really great so not sure why people complain.
