Last five times been there: 1) lost my order, 2) forgot to make my order, 3) made my order wrong, 4) only made half my order, and 5) could not find my order. Everyone is nice, but this is ridiculous. I've actually ordered from Smokey Point 2x recently and drove an extra 20 minutes round trip to have my order done right. Thought I'd try 5 minutes from home again ... and got result #5. I like the product. The people are all friendly, but if I'm going to end up waiting an extra 10 - 20 minutes and have to have my order redone ... I might as well drive the extra 20 minutes round trip further away to avoid the hassle.
Always spot on with my order and I am always greeted by friendly staff.
Friendly service. June 7th @3:30pm. A nice young lady working the counter was ringing me up & patient enough to let me look for my coupon at the bottom of my purse. Then I realized I left it at work. She politely offered to give me the discount anyway. I thought that was very kind of her for going above and beyond for customer service. These days it’s the little things that count and I was touched at her kind gesture. I will be back for sure!
