Stopped at this In-N-Out after a recent concert. We've never had a bad experience at any In-N-Out and this location was no exception. We used the drive-thru.
My wife ordered a double-double cheeseburger, animal style, and I ordered a 3x3 cheeseburger. We shared an order of fries. And we were happy!
Great place to grab a quick bite to eat just a little loud for my taste to be honest. That's no fault of the establishment of course just a preference of mine to go elsewhere but you can't really beat the price and quality of the burgers there. The fries are great when fresh and if they get cold and you like soggy fries more power to you. The staff is always courteous and attentive.
There were these teenagers talking about drinking lean as well as having alcohol in the establishment. They most definitely are not of age to be doing any of this stuff. Then there was one boy who went outside and banged on the window and one of the workers had to tell the boy to stop. He in fact did not stop and they were quite mean to the worker. The boy who went outside also smoked his vape and blew a big cloud, that is very immature of him. Teenagers are scary. But the food was good.

I'm French and I never heard about in N out before driving in front of the restaurant and seeing a long line of cars waiting in the drive through. I thought that it's probably a nice place if so many people are waiting there !
I have to say that I really had the best American fast food experience in this restaurant. First the decor and the staff's uniform is quite old school and I find it charming. Second the menus are really simple and easy to understand, but also cheap ! We had 2 cheeseburgers, fries and a chocolate milk shake for 19$. We had to wait about 10 min but the place was really full. The restaurant was super clean, the staff really nice, and the food surprisingly good for a fast food - fresh, not too much in quantity and not too greasy ! I give extra points to the milkshake for taste and not too much sugar. Also the portions are reasonable and you don't feel like you've eaten way too much after finishing your meal.
That's a long review to simply say I loved it and I hope I'll have another in N out meal before flying back home !
Can you really say you were in California if you don’t grub down on a Double Double? No you may not! So get on down to In-N-Out off Branch in Arroyo Grande and get you that Double Double you been thinking on.
There's different kinds of good burgers. I'd describe these as light and tasty burgers, as opposed to a big beefy restaurant burger. What makes it so good is it's not a ton of meat, but it's just a good balance of small juicy patty, crisp lettuce and tomato, light soft bun, and yummy sauce. It's not a delicious giant BBQ burger, it's not a gourmet burger, it's not a fancy wagyu burger, but what it is is a very nice smaller burger with just the right balance of texture and flavor. You don't feel stuffed to the gills afterwards, but it always goes down easy. We always get the double double animal style, so good!
What can you say about In-N-Out. It’s pretty iconic, particularly in Cali. The food isn’t the absolute best but it’s absolutely dependable. They use only fresh ingredients, nothing ever frozen. If you’re not familiar with their many off-menu options (like “animal style”) you should check them out before going. Don’t hesitate to ask for any variation in your order that you might like. The service is fairly prompt giving the fact that it’s always busy inside and a long line of cars outside.
On our way from Los Angeles to San Francisco we stopped here for lunch. It's located in Five Cities Center, Arroyo Grade. Huge place with huge parking and lots of eateries. But we have heard that In & Out Burgers is a popular chain of fast food in California than Macdonald's and Burger Kings. So we have it a try and to our great surprise it was just so. Being vegetarian Indians we had their Vegetable burger and French fries. Both were superb in taste and were filling. You can have soft drinks unlimited as much as you can drink as long as you have your cup with you. Once you throw it away you don't get another one. But taste here is really good as they claim.👌🏼👍🏻

My first time getting In-N-Out and I was definitely not disappointed. The burger was so good and the fries were too. Staff was friendly, space was clean and the service was fast. What more can you ask for?
It's in n out. Foods always good. Service is on point. Yes the wait can be long but again, it's in n out. It's always busy. Enjoyable as always
Alaina was extremely sweet and friendly. The entire staff was nice and trained well. Food was classic in-n-out. No complaints, it was a great experience!
Accidently dropped our fries 🍟 on the floor and within 2 seconds they gave us fresh fries (no charge) and had swept up the others. Great place, AWEmazing customer service!

Cool place. Service is good. Burger meat is ok. Very thin. Toppings are fresh and plentiful. Frys aren't great. Better than Mc D, BK, & Wendys....not quite 5 guys but waaay less expensive.
