I’ve been here before, but this time the sage was burning… the scene was quiet no one around but me and my breakfast date. The waitress let us feed Swany.. she was a lady of character and sold her unique artwork at the SL. Beautiful artwork for home gifts. And CASH ONLY!
Nice place on the creek. They have one pet-friendly table in the front yard. Service was excellent. Owners were very friendly.

A beautiful setting to have great food, sitting just beside Deal Lake. Hard to notice from the street, but easy to remember, you'll be back, just as we'll be.
If you are a big eater you won't be a happy camper. That being said, most restaurants servings are way too huge and there is so much waste. The place is on the lake and I loved eating breakfast lakeside watching ducks. My side order of pork roll was 1 thin piece. I had one piece of homemade Hawaiian bread French toast with coconut and macadamia nuts. Not the average breakfast. This could spoil me. She did ask me how many pieces I wanted though. They have delicious fresh juices and some interesting menu items. I was full and very satisfied. The atmosphere is very pleasant. A great treat for breakfast. The owner also makes beautiful crosses. I bought one. Paintings and surfboards sold here. A must try for sure. I loved my food.

My favorite place to eat. Great pancakes, omelets, fresh juices & coffee. They have a great deck over Deal Lake. You can enjoy their delicious food while bird watching. One of the BEST kept secrets in Asbury Park. Support this locally owned restaurant. You'll love it!
A local landmark with great homemade food! A great surf themed atmosphere with wonderful staff and very approachable owners. Beautiful views of the water as well.
The food is delicious and fresh. The Larkin Special is a great sandwich and there are always amazing specials listed on the chalkboards.
Unfortunately the prices have crept up over the years and the food isn't the value it once was but at least there are free refills on the coffee!
What a hidden gem! Rob & Donna were overly accommodating for our birthday celebration today! The food was fresh, fantastic specials and of course adore the ambiance. So grateful
