Nice ambience and decent food. Not so cheap but not bad on few items. Mysore bonda is my favorite here. Rava dosa for $12 ain't worth it. Tasted few other chat items in past and they were good.
This place is amazing!! Just imagine like a Indian Chipotle. You can build your own wraps, bowls or platters or choose from one of their traditional ones. The staff was very friendly and helped guide me through the process. I tried the Chicken Malai sauce with homemade naan wrap. They also have full self seating dinning, a full bar with patio and a separate patio that wraps around with scenic views of the city. Highly recommend trying, especially if it’s your first time. Very reasonable pricing as well. Will be back here!🙌🏽
Well done goat biryani with very good mirchi ga salan and raita. Their butter milk tastes good, home style. Again, homestyle sweets sold like rava laddu and bondi laddu. Seating is good, both indoor and outdoor. Staff was friendly in taking the order, gave good recommendations on the menu.
My recommendations -
1. Bathrooms were okay but needs a regular check and cleaned at intervals
2. Good to change the silverware and serving style (not plastic plates), such hot and good biryanis cannot be eaten in the plastic plates
This is a good place for Indian breakfast and snacks. Similar to Chipotle and have some. Indian breakfast. Also famous for bonda. You can build your own wraps, bowls or platters or choose from one of their traditional ones. The staff was very friendly. They also have full self seating dinning, a full bar with patio. Highly recommend trying, idli, bonda, boneless biryani especially if it’s your first time. Very reasonable pricing as well.
Found my favorite dosa place! Loved the plain dosa here. Sambhar was good too.
Mysore bonda (goli baje for mangaloreans) is good but can be smaller in size! It’s humongous. Lol. The mutton biryani, quantity is good for two people. Tasty and not too dry but only complaint is I hardly found any meat in it. Apart from that I really like this restaurant. Not too pricy, good seating and staff was kind with a smile :)
PS: No dosa picture sorry. I ate them as soon as they arrived!
I enjoyed the chicken curry. It was more than I expected and could have served two. Med spicy was strong enough for me. Tasty naan bread as well. Cricket on TV!
Seems they have several kinds of beer on tap, and liquor as well. Clean, attractive interior.
Not your typical Indian in the area, so be prepared for a different experience.
All my normal go to dishes were not available. So I struggled thru the menu but in the end flavors and spices are very good.
Must try street food, Punugulu (like an Indian hush puppy) very tasty
Dosa is like an Indian pancake/crepe but you can stuff with a protein. Needs to be eaten quickly and not saved for later (completely different flavors if refrigerated)
Samosa is fresh light crispy outside but soft dough makes it really fresh to eat.
I ordered goat curry but got chicken curry, but it was very tasty with different flavors than normal curry.
Be careful if you have nut allergies they have peanut sauces and like a pistachio nut in a dessert.
Sry for lack of pictures and better food choices bamma friend was late so I didn't have the inside Indian food translator. Will go back to try more.
The best Indian food I had in USA. Mutton curry was absolutely delicious. Reasonable price and the Large Portion.
The best mysore bonda ! hot , crispy and fluffy ! tried the babai idli which was good and vada which was really oily ! Mysore bonda was the highlight here !
Food is so good that I bet you will have hard time picking one from menu. Other than biryanis and appetizers their dosa and pani puri will remind yyou of Hyderabad bandiwala. The service is slow because they service more than double the usual orders. It's chaotic because crowd just flows and stay there until they savor on their cravings. Next visit plan for atleast 1 hr wait and come in at non peak hours or order to go.
Must try their Mysore Bonda. Be careful when ordering Chicken Tadka though. Spicy is really spicy with a lot of ginger, garlic and red peppers.
I love this place, this is definitely on my list of best Indian restaurants in the area, definitely at the top when it comes to price & quality. My favorites are the punugulu, mutton wrap, and finally my favorite item is the dosa wraps. I'm definitely recommending this place to others for great South Indian food.
It’s really good and have all the South Indian tiffins. I love Mysore bondha and bhabai idly my favorite one. You have lot of options in menu. Other one is rava laddu this one is our favorite sweet to our friends. You have non veg options too you can have those are so delicious. Definitely recommended one to enjoy the south India food.
