Had some of the best breakfast tacos I’ve ever had in the entirely of my life this morning, if you haven’t tried these yet - they’re a MUST! Thank you Dunkin’ crew for making this a memorable morning!
Dunkin’ has a winning location here. My wife and our kids stopped into this location last Friday afternoon and we had a great experience. The staff was awesome! Very attentive and interactive with their customers, which can be difficult to accomplish on a busy day. The staff even made my wife a sample to try, which wasn’t expected. I was very happy and inclined to make sure this store was recognized for their good work. I hope the owner or store manager sees this review. Whoever was working at 2pm Friday October 27th needs recognized.

On November 12, 2023, my family and I were on our way to Akron to have our beloved pet Zoey put down, who had been suffering from seizures and heart issues. We stopped for coffee at the drive-through, where a kind female employee noticed our dog in the back seat. She offered us a snack for her, but I told her that she might not eat it because of her condition and we were on our way to have her put down ):. She broke down in tears, and so did pretty much everyone else including myself, they all came to the window to express their sympathy and support. My fiancé and I were shocked and touched by their generosity and empathy, and we broke down in tears. They treated our dog as one of their own, they showed us the most amazing kindness, and compassion that we have ever experienced.The employees were so compassionate and understanding that they made a special care package for our dog, with a sandwich and some snacks… I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart for making our difficult journey a little bit easier. They are truly beautiful human beings. 🙏🏼

We love to sit and have a cup of coffee. Very seldom are the tables cleaned off. Also it is ice cold in there. Have to wear a jacket to enjoy the coffee.
Service above and beyond the norm! A few weeks ago my daughter left her backpack in this Dunkin while on a cross country trip. We assumed that it was lost forever. One of the workers, Tiffany, found her bag and located me on social media to let me know they had it. One of the managers, Emily, held onto the bag for weeks until I was coming through on another trip. I was very impressed with their efforts on behalf of a stranger!! Thank you guys.
These guys have quick and easy access. The coffee taste fresh and delicious. The staff is nice. What more could you ask for?
Yum I love their Frozen coffees. And I like their chicken bacon croissant. They're always very quick and they're usually stocked up on donuts. It helps to pre-order online then you get points.

I love Dunkin so unless the franchisee burns the place down it gets 4 stars. The employee running the drive through enjoys her work and gave our yappy dogs some doggy munchkins.
The drive through was quick and the building looks brand new.
I had to drive to Cleveland and back to Columbus today and stopped here both ways. My first coffee was perfect, and so was the second!! I was so excited, thank you for an amazing coffee! I had the new signature salted caramel latte, delicious!
Alex made me the best drink I have ever had at any Dunkin. And I’ve been to a lot of Dunkin’s.
I only use the drive thru, so I'm not reviewing inside.
Fast service, very friendly staff, and my drinks are always made correctly.
Came for coffee and donuts. I went inside to order, seen a sign that said to use kiosk. I honestly do NOT like using these as I refuse to support a machine taking human beings jobs but I also realize people do not want to work these days.
Alex a young lady helped me, she was wonderful!!!! Alex is a great asset to your company. If it wasn't for her help i probably would have left. Thank you Alex for the great customer service.
