Very yummy food. I always do delivery. They normally say 45 minutes but I get in more like 30. Food is always HOT! The lettuce wraps are so good! I think it is well worth the price! Love it.
The food is better than average. Service is better than average and the price is better than average. The cleanliness and decor are slightly below average. There seems to always be some confusion with the waitperson but they are fast and try really hard. My only real complaint is that there is always a table of what seems to be family or friends near the kitchen and they are a bit loud. Other than that the food is worth having more than once and they are open a little later so a late dinner is always easy.
Not sure why there are so many complaints about the customer service; they've always been spot on and friendly, and my family has been ordering from them ever since getting food poisoning from a different Chinese joint, nearby. We only ever get take-out, and it's always ready when it's expected to be and accurate. Cheers, Jade!
Great Restaurant. I love going to Jade. It's near my college, and for the foodie in me it's also always much welcome break from the campus selection. The food is very high quality and has no MSG. Also, unlike many Chinese restaurants, the food is not at all greasy - it NEVER leaves me with an upset stomach. Everything always tastes fresh and most dishes include generous portions of vegetables along with the heaps of other food. The spices they use for the spicy dishes are also a little bit unique, and I love how the warmth gradually builds as you eat your meal. When I've been there the service has always been excellent and I enjoy the quiet, peaceful, atmosphere. The prices are also excellent (read above: college student) and whenever friends or family visit I usually take them to Jade. Another plus, if you're in a group and you all order different things they sometimes bring out extra plates so everybody can share food to try a little bit of everything.
LOVE IT!. Better then PF CHANGS and any other Chinese restaurant. You do have to make sure you ask for extra sauce if you like it. I give them a 100% on everything. I have never been disappointed with anything I get there.
Delivery estimated 45 minutes, arrived in 15! Solid food and tastes, reasonable prices. Lots of veggies in the Fried rice, the meat tasted fresh, and it came in the awesome take out boxes, not plastic Tupperware!
The scallops in garlic sauce is the best in town! you get a lot of meat/food for the price! there's no MSG, the service is friendly and fast, and I highly recommend this place!! Lunch specials 7 days a week!!
Now our favorite Chinese. The portions are huge, the food is wonderful, they don't use MSG. My current favorite is Happy Family: the beef is of excellent quality, the scallops are large and abundant, and the take-out portion makes two LARGE meals. This is the best Chinese restaurant in the Northside/Ashland area.
I cheated on all of my other favorite dishes with Hunan Shrimp and I have never gone back to anything else since. It is the most fabulous chinese goodness I have ever put in my mouth. DO IT!
A fantastic experience! Our new go to place. Easy access to get to. Plenty of places to park. The meals are hot even as a takeout. We generally pickup our order. The place isn't ready for eating in yet. The food is well prepared and the staff is on top of your orders. A must good place to grab dinner. We support our local businesses. π π π π π
Ordering in has never been so tempting. We got exactly what we ordered right on time. We had an added bonus of a container of little fried donuts dipped in sugar! Extensive menu and don't be afraid to ask them to customize a dish for you.
We are never disappointed when we eat at Jade! We've tried many items on the menu and have had no complaints.
