Great food, great staff, great owners! Wonderful old refurbished building downtown and so many vintage artifacts on display! Highly recommend!!
Had a fantastic experience yesterday eating here with my daughter. The turkey club wrap was amazing and the Ghirardeli white chocolate frappe was an absolute treat. The service was wonderful as well. We both felt very comfortable - the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I'll definitely be returning!
Amazing lattes and the food is great! The atmosphere and small town coziness welcomes you as you step inside the door. Thank you for the quaint downtown spot. Hope to see you get more live music performers on Saturdays.

I've never ordered something at Downtown Perk that I didn't love. The chicken salad is great, and don't even get me started on the Ghiradelli Chocolate Frappes!
Salads, sandwiches, breakfast, lunch or maybe just a delicious peppermint mocha! Love stopping in and taking a few minutes for myself or enjoying some time with friends :) If you haven't stopped in, it is a must!
Just had my first coffee from here and it was amazing ! But also so friendly. From out of town so didnt know what time they closed she stayed open for me to get a coffee and was so polite about it ! Will deffinatly be back on days i have class !
The great coffee and friendly staff come to mind first and foremost, plus DP is by far my favorite lunch spot in Ashland. Always a good variety of soups to choose from and the sandwiches and wraps are great too. If you haven't tried it yet, you are missing a hidden gem of Ashland!

I do a lot of traveling with my job. And I'm constantly looking for great restaurants to eat at. Not only is the food excellent but so is the service. This is a great eatery in downtown Ashland.

Fun sandwich and coffee shop stop for lunch. Wandered in after checking out the antique store next door, and very glad we did. The soups were tasty, my muffaletta sandwich hit the spot, and the coffee was good enough that I went back for seconds. Add to that friendly staff and an enjoyable atmosphere with fun shopping up front and it was a great addition to our day.
Super friendly service. Obviously a place the locals love because there was a regular stream of all sorts of different folks coming in. Got my breakfast fast (which I was easily able to customize to make it enough for my full day!). Gift shop at the Main Street door then walk on back to the cafe part where the regulars come in through.

Coffee was very good and so was the food.
Chatted with the nice person at the counter toward the front. They have interesting things to buy as well as fresh flowers.

Great place get a coffee and get lunch. Wonderful charm and character and great staff. Save those coffee point, especially on double point Tuesday for a free cup.
Cute little building, easy to get lost thinking of how many people have walked through and conducted their lives there in the past. The food was really great, only wish is I was around longer to try more of the menu. The flatbread breakfast was excellent, light and was ready very quickly. If you're passing through on I-71, it's worth the trip a few miles into downtown Ashland to grab a great breakfast or lunch from Downtown Perk!

To the grumpy folks who complain about waiting 15 minutes on their fresh, made to order food: perhaps you should just go through a fast food drive thru. I appreciate my food being made AFTER I order it. We are always met with a smile and if we have to wait, are thanked for our patience. The fact that they have waves of crazy business speaks for itself.
