We stop by at least once whenever we go camping in the area. The food and everything is always so good and the staff always very friendly. A couple weeks ago, I stopped by and talked briefly with the owner while she was there. We later ran into her at the grocery store. She stopped and asked If we had been taken care of at the restaurant. To me, that shows that she truly cares about their customers. If I didn't live over three hours away, I'd go much more often. We look forward to our next trip.

As we mozied through Ashton Idaho we noticed a quaint little drive in with a giant frosty mug. While it was cold outside, it was comfortably cozy inside the beautifully decorated restaurant. The small town charms extended to the friendly matron who greeted us with a smile. The food was excellent and the service was great. And the root beer was easily the best I've ever tasted. And certainly don't forget to order a root beer float!

Traveling along the western side of the Grand Teton when we came across this gem. Classic old time drive in with great food. We had the halibut basket with tots..... not greasy at all very tasty.... toast??? Not sure why they include it in basket.... that was the only unspectacular part of the meal..... root bear is a drink I can't recall when I had it last.... but now I'm craving it after stopping here. To bad I live all the way across the country otherwise I'd visit it often.

Original 1965 era drive-in. Don't miss it if you are driving through Ashton in the summer.

Overall was ok. Not many options on a Sunday afternoon/evening in Ashton. So we stopped on our way to our vacation stay. Typical burgers and fries and such. Place wasn’t very clean and wasn’t very fast. But the food was good. Sundae was delightful. Feel like based on others posts, any of the desserts would be a win. Fries were crispy. Again, not many options but if in town this seemed to be the place to be.

I really enjoyed this place! We ordered 3 burger combos and 1 BLT combo and ice cream Cone. Customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The burgers where nice and big they are very taste, gave us lots of fries sauce 😋. The tots and fries were perfect. The burgers are so big no one finished the fries but we took them to go for later lol. My son and husband love the root beer. Ice cream was also very good. If I am ever in town again I will definitely stop here.

Their deep fried selection is wide and delicious. I tried the jalapeno poppers and a chocolate shake. Both were good and the small shake was big enough for two! Thus is a fun stop for those around Island Park and northern Rexburg.

The Huckleberry shake was the best I’ve ever had !!! The fried green beans are a must try . Service could be improved . I did wait a long time and people that came in behind me got taken care of before me . But staff was nice .

Went to this place and had some high hopes I heard some great things about this place and how good their root beer is so I decided to try it out the food and root beer did not disappoint at all. The prices were definitely high though for the food that was being offered. So if you are fine with high prices then definitely give this place a try.

We had the best experience eating at Frostop! Our server was so kind, friendly, and went the extra mile to make it an enjoyable experience. We had a big group of 14 people and everyone loved their meals. Try the Buffalo sandwich: chicken with a delicious sauce, fried pickles, and a toasted bun. It was so good!
