Read and had heard about poppycocks famous oatmeal buttermilk pancakes everywhere, so decided to go check them out for myself. I was afraid they were just being hyped up, but was incredibly pleased when I got them. Super moist on the inside and probably the most unique pancake I've ever had. I can see myself craving this unique recipe on a weekend...much lighter than your usual pancake since it has oatmeal (and healthier i guess? 😊). It lives up to the talk (and i cannot say that for all places in Aspen), a must when in Aspen. Follow my Google profile for more reviews!
Nice, clean dining area with excellent service. The food came out quickly, was hot, and really good. I had the Nutella Banana crepe and it was wonderful. One of my brothers got the Breakfast Burrito and I sampled some. The salsa was delicious and the eggs were done just right! My other brother got the French toast, and while I didn’t sample it, he said it was good.

One of my favorite breakfast place, the reason I don't give a 5starts experience is because one of the Asian lady. She was kind of rude but I did have a great customer service experience with Fulda, Dany , Erik and Winnie.
Coffee was the best!
Coming from Texas we wanted to find a home cooked breakfast and we were glad to find this place here in Aspen. Food was great! Everyone here was very attentive, making sure we had refills as needed without even having to ask. They greeted us with a smiling face, of course under a mask, but you could tell! Great customer service!

Food was good, it’s your typical breakfast joint. My oatmeal pancakes were definitely undercooked but other than that, it was everything I expected it to be.
