Food amazing and the staff il is very friendly
Spectacular service, ambience, and food presentation. The lamb chops were thick, buttery, and melted in my mouth with a perfect crispness/char on the bone. Kelly challenged me to come back tomorrow night for the next recommendations on the menu and I accept.
Visited the beautiful outdoor dining area this summer. What a wonderful experience. Great food and wine and friendly staff. Looking forward to returning on our next visit to Aspen.

Great restaurant with a very nice atmosphere.
We were a large group and sat by the kitchen window.
I started with the Grilled Octopus, very nice presentation and great taste. Octopus is tricky to cook, some places make it rubbery but the chef that night cooked it just right.
Then I had the Colorado Lamb rack that also was amazing. The meat was tender with lots of flavors.
Service was great, always prompt and attentive.
The manager stopped by several times to check on us.
The hostess Lisa is super nice and friendly, she went out of her way to help when my wife could not find her purse.
We will definitely be back.
Wonderful high class dining experience. Outdoor patio ambiance is relaxing and enjoyable. The menu options are classy and creative with flavor galore. Dress code is a mix of dressed up to relaxed wear coming from a hike. Do endeavor here.
All of our food was amazing and staff recommendations were appreciated. Service was outstanding as all staff were very attentive. The atmosphere was fitting for any dining experience… date night, family dinner or with friends. Thank you Casa Tua for a great dinner!
This veal milenese was one of the best I’ve had in quite some years, the bolognese was phenomenally fresh.. Very very tranquil dining vibes on the patio highly recommend vs inside weather permitting
