Great place to have your yummy Indian food. Ambience and decor was amazing. We had dinner here and we ordered chicken biryani, Gobhi 65, mango lassi & sweets.

Wonderful service and the smell of Indian food was amazing. After sitting down we were tended to almost immediately. And the food was wonderful. I’m a vegetarian and their vegetarian selection was sufficient.

Amazing food. I've been going to Himani's Indian Cuisine for over 10 years. My favorite is the Cracked Pepper Chicken with Rice and Garlic Naan (pictured). This restaurant is a must whenever I visit the northern Oregon coast. Wherever You Are In The Northern Oregon Coast, Be Sure To Stop By Himani Indian Cuisine. Your stomach will thank you for it. Your lips will smack your brains for not coming sooner. 😀

We don’t miss a meal at Himani when traveling through Astoria. We have our favorites including their eggplant and okra dish. Gobi 65 is something my kids look forward to following a recommendation from a friend. A must try!

This is a great place for eating Indian food. Such amazing staff. Amazing food. Quality over quantity. Very surreal ambience. Great interior. Overall we had such a great time.

We had the butter chicken and lamb saag. It was delicious! The rice side was good and the garlic Naan was excellent. Service is weird. Gotta order at the register. Big deal. The food was spot on.

I should have taken pictures of my food but I was too hungry! But y’all…go here! This place should be wayyy more busy for the quality of the food and the taste. Everything was fresh and hot. The wait for the food was a bit but it was ok because everything is made to order I believe. The coconut chicken curry with garlic naan and samosas are AMAZING! Although a bit pricey it was worth the money!

We were skeptical about the only Indian Food restaurant in this area and took a chance for the sake of parents. Woww...were we surprised with the food taste and quality!! Good family run spacious restaurant. Navrathan korma, Dal Makhani, samosa, Lassi etc. Go there for good tasty food, not a super high of service.

I have never liked Indian food, nor did I think I would ever like Indian food. But this was truly excellent. I got the chicken vindaloo and my partner got the chicken tikka Masala. The vindaloo was tangy and delicious. The masala was unlike anything I've ever had. Creamy, hint of sweet, hint of spice, truly incredible flavor I was unprepared to experience. The service was spotty. Joe Dirt could use some more training, but food came out very quickly. We also got the samosas for the appetizer and those were pretty good too. Great flavor, crispy outside, soft and very filling inside. And you do have to order your food up front. Don't wait for them to take your order.

So pleased I “re-visited” this place! I had the Lamb Biryani ( to go ). 25 minutes later when I got home….Wowza!!! Impressed! A very large portion, and the way they took the time to separate the sauces in little containers… Need I go on? They’re amazing and their food is amazing! Get your mouth 👄 in here. ( just a thought from someone who works in this industry..kindness/patience and A LOT of flippin humor goes so far…it’s like gold to us 🙏 )

Favorite food spot while in Astoria. All you can eat buffet serving delicious, fresh Indian cuisine at a good price. The butter chicken is to die for! Seriously, put it over a bed of yellow rice and grab some nann. Freakin' yummm! I also love their rice dessert, from scratch sauce selection, (includung a delicious chutney and taziki type dip to name a few) and their homemade mango mouse. Pleasant service and delicious food. Will absolutely be returning and highly recommend.

The most delicious butter chicken ever! The Tikka Masala is to die for (get it with thigh meat!). Wonderful family owners. Little play area for kids in the back. Naan is soft and huge. I miss their lunch buffet so I can try little bits of everything! Their rice is so soft, fluffy, and perfect! Chai is a perfect blend. I had a wonderful appetizer of fried onions that were so perfectly seasoned and breaded, and their dipping sauces were perfection!

Friendly staff. Delicious food, especially the butter chicken. Portions seem a bit small for the price. Will definitely eat here again.
