Love all of the baked pastries here! Any of the croissants are amazing, and the gruyere sesame twist is delicious too. Ordered 3 pastries for ~$13. This location is large, and there's seating available inside or on their covered patio. It's also a market so there's separate cases for pastries, patisserie, prepared foods, sandwiches, soups, etc. Really friendly service too!

In a nutshell: I loved this place!!! a true bakery with fresh bread and croissants and pastries... fresh coffee and a very pleasant outdoor area to just enjoy your java, have a chat with a friend or conduct a business meeting (which was my case). The outdoor area is protected by some screens, to break the wind or keep the pollen out, which was very welcomed as we’re in the season for it. For me it was a great finding: a bakery shop right outside the perimeter area in Atlanta. Selection and variety of bread is good (at least from my perspective), personnel at the store was very friendly and offered me options, prices are reasonable and there’s ample parking space right outside, as part of a little shopping mall. In addition to “bread and coffee” there’s a selection of other items, even some little party trays that you may want to bring home in case you’re entertaining. Located right outside the perimeter, is very accessible and easy to go to. Not only that I recommend the place when looking for a nice breakfast experience or a mid-afternoon sweet indulgence, but I already included it into my good list and will definitely come back next time I'm in town. Recommended 100%.

Alon’s is located in Phipps plaza near Nordstroms. There valet $10-40. There’s also regular parking in the lot and deck. The vibe reminds me of Dean and Deluca. Every one was pleasant and helpful. The pastry’s were decent I think if I got them when they were 1st made they’d be amazing. I love that there wasn’t a lot of riff raff. This place is great for a good snack while shopping.

Great fresh everything! Lots of good salad options and I also had an Asian salmon patty that was delicious. They have all types of foods from entrees to sides, to desserts and drinks, they have groceries, they have a coffee shop, a wine rack, a cheese bin... It's like going to a marketplace, which is really fun! There is seating all over the place if you wanna sit down and enjoy your meal, or you can pick up your groceries and head out. Maybe you just wanna sit in the coffee shop and chat with a friend, whatever you're there for, they are able to accommodate. The chairs are rather uncomfortable though, and honestly the traffic flow is really crowded, especially during lunch time. And this is because they have so many options of things to buy that they have maximized the space where they have things stocked and it takes away from the foot traffic area. Highly recommended.

What a find.....great place to meet for coffee and breakfast. Fresh pastry, baked breads etc.....the place is open and very inviting and the food is great. Lunch is great as well. Made to order gourmet sandwiches and hot lunch plates as well. Outdoor patio seating and indoor seating is in place. Found this place to have a coffee and debrief with my colleague after a meeting in the area. Check it out....

What a fun place! A bit chaotic but the people and the food are awesome! You can get some of everything here. Pastries, fresh breads, cheeses, ready to eat, wine, drinks... I will be back. This place really reminds me of being in Israel.

Really enjoy the atmosphere and food selection here. The mocha and cappuccino were excellent. The feel here is very European and if you have been to Europe then this will feel familiar. The downside is the price for what they sell. Stuff like pasta and baked goods. If you go to Munich, one of the most expensive cities in Germany, the price for a chocolate croissant is about 3.50 euros. If you leave Munich and go to a small town the price is maybe 1.5 euros for the same thing and baked by a local master baker. Both of these places make a product better than Alons and at the same price. This makes Alons VERY expensive. We saw a pound of pasta for 7.99 which is more than handmade at Whole Foods. So be prepared to spend money if you want to buy provisions but it’s still very enjoyable to be here. In the morning most of the customers were not even American which is fantastic.

The absolute best place for brunch, lunch, and shopping for gifts! This sweet European-style market features both local Georgia goods and delicious imports. The desserts are to-die-for and you can find the perfect gift for any foodie or hostess in your life! Have never been here and had a bad bite - try the chocolate croissant, ricotta pancakes with house-made nutella, and the shakshuka and you will have a lovely breakfast array. Indulge the temptation to purchase several of the delicate macaroons and a jar of Savannah Bee honey, you'll be glad you did!

Fantastic restaurant/bakery, excellent selection of Mediterranean and Israeli food. One can order items from the menu, or purchase items by pound to eat (similar to cafeteria style) for in house or takeout. All food selections are delicious. The bakery has an excellent selection of pastries/breads, the small market has a great selection of drinks and cheeses, miscellaneous fare. Seating both inside and outside, Alon’s also has a coffee shop. Ample parking, conveniently located across from Perimeter Mall off of Ashford Dunwoody.

Beautiful market! Went there for brunch and had their Isreali breakfast with turkey bacon--delicious! My boyfriend got a chocolate croissant and a latte. They have plenty of seating inside and out, and you seat yourself. We loved the food and we're even more excited to see all of the products they had for sale. Tons of local goods mixed with treats and pantry items from all over the world. They also carry wine and local beer. Fresh baked goods, a deli counter, and a bar in the corner serving wine and beer--this place has it all. Definitely recommend stopping by

Always one of my favorite places to go to. Love that most everything is always made fresh for that specific day. So many good things here it’s hard to pinpoint. They also sell king of pops! Definitely recommend

Great sandwiches, soups, salads, and desserts. I went for the first time and had a little sample of a few dishes as we shared some meals. Everything we had was delicious. The Market section is really nice and I could spend a bunch of $ on products here. The staff was welcoming and put up with our newbie questions. I'll be back again to try more dishes. Recommended

This is one of my favorites spots in Atlanta. It's got a fresh bread bakery as well as desserts, pizza, chocolate, lunch/dinner, etc. It's got it all: oils, cheeses, wine, pasta, snacks. You can eat, have a cappuccino, and shop. I went one Saturday and loved it so much I took my family back the next week. There's seriously something in there for everyone. Lots of parking, seating, and options make this place a healthy/fresh must try.

Great European style bakery! The owner is Israeli so many items on the menu are Middle Eastern themed. The ambiance of the cafe is great, very chic. They have a bakery, deli and prepackaged goods area with a coffee bar in the center of the store which also has pastries in a glass case. My favorite items in the whole shop are the harissa tuna sandwich and pecan chocolate chip cookies, which are sold by the pound. I have to say, the chocolate chip cookies are the BEST I've ever tasted, not even exaggerating. They are mine and my husband's favorite cookies by far. The place can get busy during lunch time and on the weekends so if you're planning to eat in the small sitting area inside or outside, plan ahead. It's a pricey place no doubt, but it's more for the novelty of the items sold so it's worth it once in a while.

The bakery gets busy so be sure to check for order accuracy because mistakes are often made. Other than that, everything is delicious, the store is great, and the outdoor seating is nice! It can be expensive but that's because there's lots of organic, whole foods, etc.
