We love the Palm Atlanta!!
I busted out of the ICU for the end of Summer Lobster Fest!!! We had another great meal with great friends at one of our favorite places.
Jimmy is the best waiter and has been taking care of us for longer than I want to admit!
Only downside - those wood floors are still so slippery.
I had the best experience at the palm I hv lived in atlanta for 25 years never truer this place a friend told me to try it. I even worked at the lenox mall and never thought baby going. Well now I hv the best waiter and I can’t wait to go back the lemon drops are Devine!! Ask for fidelus he’s the boom 💥
OMG the best place to eat. We have been to the Palm 5 times and every time we it is better and better. Jeffery our waiter has take care of me and my husband for Valentines Day and then our Anniversary this past Saturday. I highly recommend to go. Thank you The Palm for making my speacial days even better.
I can't say enough great things about the 4lb lobster dinner for 2! Seriously best dinner ever. The lobster was SO sweet & luscious and cooked perfectly! Loved that it was already split for us and claws cracked. We had a terrific waiter with so much personality and he literally read our minds & anticipated every request before we even had to ask! I've already told everyone I know to hurry in there before the special ends!!
Flavorful cocktails, delicious lamb chops, great and abundant sides. I went alone during a business trip to Atlanta. When I return, I will make it a point to dine there again.
One of my all time favorite places. I arrived a bit early and opted for one of the newer waiters. Don is my favorite, followed by Fidelus. Both have long time experience and are exceptional.
Had to ask Chris for the customary bread and butter.
The crabmeat cocktail was fabulous as was the 3 lb steamed lobster and the Lyonnaise potatoes.
Everything was cooked perfectly.
While I usually have the lobster, I have also had several different steaks and their signature Italian dishes. Never any issues.
It is not inexpensive but you won't be disappointed.

Loved our amazing dinner! Steak tender, sides amazing, cocktails unbelievable! Great wine selection. Service was terrific! Enjoyed immensely!!
The Palm is awesome! Yesterday was our 4th Thanksgiving celebrated there. The food is always superb and the service is beyond compare. And you don't need a holiday to enjoy all that they have to offer. Lydia is an extraordinary server!
I really enjoyed my first time being at the Palms. There was a little wait with being seated it was mid day so no one was there really. But over all I enjoyed my surf & turf meal with consist of 4 ounce filet mignon and lobster tail and I order mashed potatoes for the side. I was in heaven! Definitely will be back soon!
The whole meal down to bread delicious � first lobster melted in my mouth.
OMG I had the best lobster last night... We are never disappointed at the Palm. Brought friends and they loved it too.
I had a awesome time, staff was great, I had the Parmesan-chicken potatoes and cream spinach enjoyed it a lot, I will be back..
Beautiful new location inside the Westin. Traditional home style decor. The lobster was tremendous. Professionally served. The bacon as an appetizer was great. The Wedge was great. Service could have been more attentive given the fact there were so few people there- only 3 tables on a Sunday evening.
Came here for a quick dinner & it was my first time. The food and drinks were good. Steak was cooked properly & my drink was yummy. However the service could have been a little better considering it was only us in the restaurant
The waitress was very attentive to our party of 8. We had the Nova scotia 🦞 it was huge. It came with a separate salad and dessert. The sides are delightful. The creamed spinach was the best side on the menu. Desserts looked good but were not the best overall . Great dining experience.
I rolled up to this beautiful location inside the Westin. After working an event, I was exhausted and wanted something good and quick in a nice setting. I got just that. I was professionally greeted, treated, and served. I added a bacon appetizer to the Wedge, which was great. My server was efficient, and let me be, and I didn't feel rushed even tho it was late. I'm not sure what happened to my pictures, but I might have been too hungry for all that! Lol! I'll definitely be back!
Expensive, but worth it! Our server treated us really well, he was kind and gave us a lot of insight into cooking methods since we're on a strict diet. I was impressed that he knew so much about how things are cooked to begin with, above and beyond what I would expect from a server!
The food was perfect as far as I know; perfectly charred, perfectly medium rare. Just a quality place.
The Manager and staff were awesome. They went above and beyond to make sure that I enjoyed my birthday. 🎊🎉🥰
This was our first time here and it was very good. We went on a Sunday evening and it was empty, so that gave me a pause but the service by our waiter,Devon, was excellent. He was very courteous and explained the menu knowledgeably.
The food was exceptionally tasty but my lobster was cold by the time they delivered it to the table. Overall it was great and I’ll go back soon.
This is of course located in the hotel, so it is convenient. If you're not staying at the hotel parking was very easy and close by. The characters on the wall make for great conversation starters. We ordered the calamari, which was delicious and included a variety of other fried peppers. Highly recommend! We also order the shrimp salad, the Bolognese, chicken and shrimp parmesan. All delicious, although the past was mushy in the Bolognese.
My family and I just had dinner here and when I say the service 10/10 Lucky was AMAZING so attentive, funny, thoughtful, professional, and the list can go on.The BEST service i’ve gotten anywhere , the food was also delicious but if you decide to eat here ask for Lucky(Joshua) it will be the best experience he deserves everything. I will definitely be coming back to just to see Lucky. I will say the steak was a bit dry but Lucky made sure I was happy with my meal.
Just there Saturday 10/21, I won’t go back because everything was PERFECT!! Wife’s b day, staff, drinks, food, atmosphere, everything was perfect. I can’t go back because they set the bar to high. Highly recommend, and wife is already asking when are we going back. We’ll be back soon.

This place has fantastic food and service. I highly suggest checking out this place. This place some great music and a well stock bar.
Probably one of the best experience I have ever had at a restaurant/bar. Carlos, the bartender was amazing. Great drinks and great food. The New York strip was well seasoned and the chimichurri was a great addition to it.
Excellent service from the bar staff and our server. Appetizers were good and steaks cooked to perfection. Appreciated the manager checking with us from time to time to ensure everything was good, we'll be back.
Why did it take so long to come here. Easily my new favorite restaurant. I have never had better service than I did here. The food was amazing and it just felt like a comfortable place to relax and have a great meal. We joined there club and I can't wait to come back for lunch!

Service was merely ok. Things had gone smoothly until I ordered decaf coffee. I was told that a fresh pot was being brewed and would be ready in 3-minutes. 25 minutes later, no coffee and the server was still chatting up a couple in a raised booth who had ordered a bottle of wine.
During that same time multiple staff people had walked by looked at us and ignored us. Took me raising my hand to get any attention.
This is level of service is not up to brand standard.
