Always a great stop while in the mall! I come for their Mashed potatoes but always get an amazing meal along with it. Great soup selections. Service is always wonderful! Never a problem getting a seat and quick service.
Fast & accomidating. Great fast food spot.. always fresh. Love the spinach salad with chicken & strawberries.
Good food quick. My husband and I wanted a good but quick lunch and we were very happy with the recommendation of F2o. It was exactly what we wanted. We both had soup and salad. Both were very good and fresh. The staff was pleasant and efficient. The restaurant is attractive...bright and airy. A good experience. We will go back again.
Salads are tasty but large - definitely worth splitting to save some money. Try the "southwest salad w/ chicken".
Magnificant!. The sandwich was perfection on a plate. It met all my expectations of taste, presentation and atmosphere! You will be seeing me often.

Bad this time. I got a family meal with two proteins. I had to recook the grilled chicken when I got home (in fear of it not being cooked through). The chicken tenders were TINY (some were more like nuggets), tough, flavorless, and the portion size seemed to be almost half of what it normally is. Usually this is my favorite location. Someone new on the grill? Different manager?
I love Fresh to Order, and this location especially. All of my experiences have been superb, with the exception of last night. I understand it was close to closing time and so the kitchen was getting ready to shut down, as I showed up at about 8:40pm to place a to-go order. I ordered an extra side of grilled veggies, which consisted of a slice of zucchini, a slice of red pepper, a small slice of mushroom, and corn on the cob. I can’t justify charging someone $4.50 for this. It’s not a huge deal but I would have preferred they just tell me they didn’t have anymore veggies or I would have even been okay with them saying they just straight up didn’t feel like making them. The rest of the meal was delicious though, so still 4 stars.

This salad was truly amazing. Not sure how I was supposed to finish this. It is worth every penny. I think four or five people can enjoy this one platter. You get a lot of salad for a great price.

Fresh2Order has a great healthy alternative selection that are really tasty and the portions are enough. Definitely a favorite healthy choice. The menu has various options and each meal has great taste and still a few to try. The service is always great and they offer so interesting side dishes and sauces. You can eat in or take-away. Each time we visited it hasn't been crowded. They are located inside Cumberland mall, but do have an entrance access from the outside.
Food is always fresh. Perfect for a quick, healthy lunch or even dinner.
Monica is an amazing employee and has great customer service. The Salads 🥗 are delicious and delightful. This is our 2 time this week at the Cumberland location.

Seriously the best part about this place besides the food is the consistency. I don't live in the area, so I could go years between visits and no matter what, the food, the service, the staff, the appearance of the place and the selection/ variety of dishes are all ALWAYS INCREDIBLE. Just think, I've been going here since way before the pandemic and despite everything most places have gone through (or not survived at all), this location has stayed just as wonderful if not better than I remember.

Good Food. Don’t let the size of the storefront fool you. There is some big and good stuff happening in here🤞🏽 They have everything from Steak to Hamburgers.
The food is very flavorful. You order it at the counter, choose your seat and they bring it too. My boo orders roasted chicken, mashed potatoes and a grit cake🤤🤤🤤 All these thing paired together was so amazing. I had the southwest chicken sandwich with the two cheeses. I expected it to be spicy..... it wasn’t.
The drink station had 5 different homemade lemonades you can choose from I chose the vanilla mint and it was refreshing.
