Love this location, during my stay at the Marriott this Starbucks was the cherry on top to compliment all the other amenities. The Starbucks staff were fast & nice! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Convenient location. Only took card payments and then asked me to sign the receipt after paying by tap. All the card companies stopped requiring signatures in 2018 and they're 100% unnecessary for contactless.

Our order was made perfect and the staff was very kind. Nothing negative with our experience! There was a long line, but the staff working during our visit got everyone in and out very timely.

I just want to say that the people that work at this Starbucks are the friendliest people I’ve ever encountered at a Starbucks!!! I was staying at the Marriott for a conference so the line was always long in the morning, but I expected that because there were A LOT of us there. I got through the line in about 5 minutes and placed my order. During the short time I was in line, one of staff members regularly came out and explained that if you just wanted Starbucks drip coffee and nothing else, you could go to the store next door (in the Marriott) and there was no wait. They were very welcoming and they always got my order right!

This Starbucks was absolutely overwhelmed with customers when I visited, but the staff were efficient and really friendly. Amazing!

I have a rather complicated drink that was made accurately and without question of confusion feom the barista. I am a person that reads comments before visiting a place so I was on edge before ordering. But realizing that this is a HOTEL STARBUCKS I took my chance and I am pleased to say that they were pleasant and their speed ensured accuracy. I was here during Women Leaders Conference and I must say everyone I saw with a cup or bag also had a smile.

While this is a busy store, they are a fun group of ladies hard working to prepare your drink with some fun and smiles! My drink was made wrong, but they eagerly remade it and, unlike many of Starbucks stores currently, did not make me feel like the bad guy. Thank you Mary! You and your Team Rock! - Robye, Seattle

During my convention the line was long but at least I got my coffee and it was delicious the wine could not be helped during convention of over a 1000 people in one tiny place.

I popped into the Starbucks at checkout from the hotel. Bear in mind that it is on the main lobby concourse of the hotel with hundreds of guests passing through. The hotel itself has 47 floors so you can imagine how busy it gets. Despite the queue, staff get you through fairly quickly. There is a small seating area in the middle as well as more in the hotel lobby. They sell the usual Starbucks range of coffee, tea and snacks. Always worth popping in to get your coffee fix.

I had a nice surprise this morning when Tim Madden from the Starbucks at the Marriott Marquis in Atlanta gave me a free Starbucks gift card. They had been out of my tea every morning this week. Everyone who knows me well knows I have to have my tea in the morning (And no, Earl Gray is not the same as English Breakfast Tea.). Tim saw my frustration when I left. As the elevators doors were closing, I heard someone yell to hold the elevator. It was Tim. He handed me the gift card and told me he was sorry for my frustration this week. It reminded me of the power of kindness. And that one person’s genuinely kind and giving actions can change your entire day.
