We had very pleasant encounters with all of the employees. They were attentive to our needs and were very courteous. Instead of serving bread initially like many restaurants do, they brought out a very delicious mini pizza. That was quickly devoured. Our entrees consisted of Mediterranean chicken, North Georgia Trout, and Grilled Alaskan Salmon, all good, it was a fun visit.

Had a casual business lunch with a coworker. Food was very fresh and authentic. Good service. The Art inside is a nice touch. Plus unexpected bonus, complimentary valet. Highly recommend.

Being a customer for over 10 years I love this place! Consistency of the food preparations along with Chef's specials for lunch and dinner, either you eat light or feel adventures to taste diffident tapas or going for the full meal - delicious and authentic experience, grate to eat solo at the patio or at the beautiful bar, or celebrate with huge crew - Definity my and friend's go to place. Elegant but cozy at the same time with cute fireplace, flowers, and seasonal decor. Weekends live music is a special treat. Great brunch on weekends as well with full menu available if you don't feel like eggs or French toast (crabcake benedict tho is to live for!)

This food was so good. Seasoned so well. The presentation matched the taste! You can feel the family vibes here. The lamb ribs were delicious. I will definitely be back! You cannot go wrong with the Mediterranean sampler.

A wonderful restaurant! The staff was very professional, the food was so bomb! It was my daughter’s 9th birthday and they went out their way for us. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the buckhead area.

I'm trying not to be so generous with my 5 star ratings...but my experience here today absolutely deserves it. Service, ambiance and selection of food were outstanding. 2 words... Jalapeño Grits!! I'm from the south and these just may be the tastiest grits I've ever had. The art that decorated the wall mesmerized me. Definitely the made the best decision choosing this place for brunch and interested in coming back for a dinner experience.

Nice converted house to restaurant set-up. I describe it as fine to casual dining because on the far inside the tables and atmosphere resemble fine dining, then there's a middle area that's covered but patio-iish which still has the fabric table cloths and napkins, then there's the gorgeous patio which is very casual. The food was good (we ordered the trio dips, toasted ravioli, lamb ribs, and Mediterranean chicken). The wine bottles are half off on Mondays and Wednesdays. I believe it's family owned so service is a tad slow but good. Only saw two workers and our server was also the host, bartender, and helped run food.

A 30-year establishment, located in the heart of Buckhead, you can find this converted home turned restaurant off the main road. I image on a busy night street parking may be hard to find, but not impossible. Complete with patio seating, a cozy dining room, and bar, Basil offers mid-price range Mediterranean food full of the subtle flavors of the region. The staff was friendly but a little less attentive than I would expect. The gluten free desert is perfect for a chocolate lover and worth the calorie splurge. All said, I will be back to try their brunch.

All our food and drinks were fantastic! I got their special that night which was their veal chop and it was so amazing. Everything was well flavored and it seemed like the owner was the one serving us and he was very sweet and had great suggestions. Seemed like he took a lot of pride in the quality and variety of this dishes/specials. It was uncomfortably hot inside the restaurant though which did take away from our experience.

Slow service but very kind. Food took a while but for a weekend evening, I can understand. Menu prices are about 20-30% more than the price listed online. I don’t know why they haven’t changed it. Food and drinks were top notch. Hopefully when I return, the service aspect will be better and they update their menu prices.

Great find in Buckhead! Amazing fresh Mediterranean fare! The tapas are large portions, enough to share. We had the Calamari and trio dips to start. Loved the yogurt dip In the middle zesty and refreshing. You must order the Lamb burger! It was so juicy and flavorful. I can’t wait to come back for weekend brunch.

Go here it's so awesome I'm so surprised more people don't know about this place. However since considering it's a somewhat small restaurant you'd probably want to get there early so you can park properly and all that. So when we were first seated our water was poured and all that we ordered our appetizers and then the lady came back to get our entrees. First they gave their house bread(it honestly just taste like a fancy pizza) and I'm pretty sure that was complementary. For appetizers we got calarmari and crabcakes (comes with 3 crabcakes) it was very good and the sauce with the calamari was delectable. We even got another order of crabcakes that's how good they were. Then we got our entrees (I ordered the Mediterranean kebob w/ jasmine rice) it was alright one of my meats were little bit pink even though I wanted well done but I just ate around. Just when I thought this couldn't get any better they had this man who played the guitar and was singing (he was singing all the classic bops💃🏽). We order dessert (I ordered chocolate mousse and my family ordered the tiramisu) and that was also another good thing. I've never tasted tiramisu and I implore whoever comes to eat here to try it (but if you dont like an espresso/ coffee taste you might not enjoy it). However sometimes the waiter would forget what we asked for and she didn't ask what drinks we wanted and everytime we try to get her she always zoom off before we get the chance (not intentionally).
