Nick's is the best Gyro hands down. If Anybody tells you otherwise, they're a damn fool or are too scared to go order from Nick himself. Don't be afraid, Go In, order that Grecian heaven on earth and thank Nick for providing us with REAL GREEK food.
Gyros are good. Nick's gyros are excellent. The smell at the window ordering is amazing.

I have been eating there since I was a kid. And as long as the doors open up, I'll be there. The food has been A-1 since I was knee high to a grasshopper!! �
Their Tzake sauce was everything so yes the gyros was great, very filling, lamb is spot on! The fries are just ok, maybe they could spruce it up with some herb seasoning or somthing but the onion rings are big and delicious! I'll be back for sure.

I went here for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I used to see 👀 the burger when I went to a BBQ place across a street. I like gyros every since my dad took me to a place as a kid. Delicious 😋 food. I didn't eat lunch at work. I got a gyro combo which was loaded I got fries and a sweet tea with it. I ate it on the way home. I got the gyro plate to take to work for lunch the next day.
This is the definition of the whole in the wall which I love so much. Super nice guy at the window, great food, fast and affordable what else can you ask for? Loved this place really had been wanting to go for a while and it did not disappoint. Went for the lamb gyro combo which for 13 dollars give you a big gyro, fries and a drink great value. Pro tip: make sure you add fries in the gyro 🥙 🤤 Thanks!

But, my experience which is always great, was less than on this day.
There was a young lady working who was pretty rude to me. Not an ounce of pleasantries.
I wanted to express her rudeness. But when you realize that someone doesn't seem to think they did anything wrong. You just move on.
But just know that customer service is what makes a difference.
Nick's Food To Go has been the serving the same great food for over 15 yrs I've been coming to have the gyro and fries combo! The first or last stop depending on my flight. If you enjoy eating a great gyro in your car or on a picnic table this place is great!
Now this is an authentic Gyro. The fries were delicious crispy and hot and the gyro was full of meat. I definitely have found the spot where if I want to buy a gyro this is where I'm going. Simply Delicious.
Best gyros I’ve had in Atlanta. And the (clearly) homemade tzatziki sauce is soooooo good! Would give 5 stars but I’m a fry snob. Here they are always fried well but clearly frozen. A switch to frozen crinkle or even homemade would push them to a 5. The falafel is also so yummy!
My wife’s family is Greek and this is where I take them when they’re hankering for fresh, authentic gyros. I prefer the souvlaki chicken gyro over the lamb. Pro tip: get the Greek fries and stuff some into your gyro!
Note: it’s helpful to call ahead, especially on a hot day when you don’t want to wait in the sun.
I couldn't believe the amount of meat in my gyro. It was packed at least 1 1/2" across. Delicious, and the pita bread was super fresh. What a treat!
Ok, this place has been #1 in Atlanta a few times. So I had to try it out having had more than my fair share of gyros. The salad was a 3 to 3.5. the gyro was 7 to 8 on a scale of 5. BEST GYRO I have eaten in the United States (possibly world). The gyro meat was premium meat not the regular run of the mill stuff. The tzatziki sauce was absolutely perfect with the meat. This was a perfect gyro. I would skip the salad and eat two gyros in the future! Great job to the staff at Nick's!!!
Update (Feb 2022): I continue to go to this place and they continue to provide awesome gyros and food. I just put down 3 gyros between me and my wife . . . They never disappoint!
Best Chicken Philly !!!! I’m a VERY picky person when it come to great food! Hard to impress ! I visit Nicks often I usually get the Chicken Pita I wanted to try something new today I read the reviews and the chicken Philly sounded great! It sure is amazing cooked to perfection! VERY well flavored, Hoagie bun so soft , portion size perfect for my Appetite. I added a touch of there great Tzatziki sauce! Perfect match again ! Thanks again Nicks on the go ! Love the staff my order is always on point! O and don’t forget your Arnold Palmer!!!
