The food spread was good. For once the rendang tasted like rendang as in freshly cooked and not from a packaged sauce. The noodles were average. Careful with the chili that come with it as it does have a kick. The kick kills the taste as your palate burns of heat. Overall having been away from Singapore for two years, this brought my taste buds back home. I recommend this place.

Food was great, service was fast, I feel like I wanted to eat everything that was there and ended up bringing bags and bags of ready to eat food for my loved ones at home. Only thing that was negative was 4.40 minutes drive from where I live :)) so...but I definetly would come back when I'm that way again!

I’m blessed/cursed to live nearby, and to work 1/2 block away. This is an awesome laid back establishment with a service oriented staff that offers some of the best food around! A real value too! Tell em Big Chris sent ya!

After traveling to Bali my husband and I searched for some good Indonesian food...well this is the place to go. Yes, it looks like a dive bar but you know you shouldn't ever judge a restaurant by its decor. How many wonderful meals would you miss out on?! Absolutely have the lamb and coconut soup and some goreng. :)

Excellent food. In addition to the warmers, they can custom make many more dishes for you hot and fresh. There's groceries available with many spices and herbs unavailable anywhere else. I make a trip to Atlanta at least once per year to buy Kencur.

Located in 'chinatown' area, this place offers authentic indonesian dishes, from rendang, indonesian curry (tripes, tendon, meat, chicken liver, gizzard, etc etc), grilled rice to tempe bacem. For those who miss Indonesian meals, this is the place to go in Atlanta.

Besides all the fresh food on the smogashboard display, this place also sells variety of Indonesian stuffs like dried peanut sauce packet (bumbu pecel/gado2), indonesian ready-to-cook herbs mix (Bamboe, Munik, Indofood brands, etc), Ny.Siok fish/prawn crackers, kemplang, indomie, super bihun, and many more. It feels like you are in Indonesia 👍

PS: every Saturday, many Indonesian homecooks put their home made food on this store to be sold. You can find dadar gulung, sweet martabak, risoles, fried stuffed tofu, bubur campur, kue talam, etc on the display.

Awesome. Definitely off the beaten path but so well worth it. Been searching for real Indonesian food since I left there 30 years ago. My daughters loved it and so did I. We stuffed ourselves to the brim. Just like Jakarta.

Probably the most authentic Indonesian food in Atlanta. Food portions are generous and prices downright cheap. Try the Nusantara, Mi Goreng, Nasi Goreng, Kuey Teow, Mi Tek Tek - it's all good!!

Best Indo food in ATL. Hands down the best and most authentic Indonesian restaurant in the ATL. Generous portions, fast & friendly service, and delicious!

Note: don't go to this one. Go to the new location they opened up off Shallowford (literally around the corner). The good cooks are at the new location.

Loved this place so much! Was missing Indonesian food so went here with the family and was pleased that all the food tasted authentic and so delicious. Portions are generous and filling. You can also buy and stock on your Indonesian groceries while you’re here. 🤗

The food was phenomenal. The woman working there was so helpful and nice and showed us the menu and how to order. This is the Bakso Malang and tempe bacem. Really delicious!

We were in Atlanta and we found an authentic Indonesian restaurant. We fell in love with Indonesian food during a family vacation to Bali. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were much larger than the photos on the menu. They also have Indonesian groceries available for purchase. I definitely recommend this gem.

A nice Indonesian food joint in Doraville, I ordered Mie Goreng (Fried Noodles) with Lamb stew (Satay Lamb). Authentic Indonesia cuisine, they also have nice sweet cakes on Saturday as well as a small grocery section for spices and snacks from Indonesia.

I got shrimp and chicken combination nasi goreng and beef rendang with extra sambal on the side. Everything was delicious! The rendang was cooked so well it was almost falling apart in a thick stew with a very good flavor. All of the tendon was cooked tender and delicious! The sambal had a great flavor. I could taste all of the flavors I expected, including the shrimp paste, so I don't think the recipes are Americanized. The combination nasi goreng was great and nothing was overcooked at all. The rice had a nice shine and there were no clumps. The shrimp was juicy, but still had a nice slightly crispy exterior. The egg was the right texture. The portion was great! I couldn't eat it all, so I ate half and am saving the other half for lunch at work tomorrow. I'm excited to dive into it. If you like spice, don't skip the sambal on the nasi goreng! It has a great flavor and if you just put it on parts of the rice, then you can enjoy two great flavors of nasi goreng!

Batavia offers authentic, delicious Indonesian food either in the grocery store sections (which has a small freezer section) or in the restaurant section which offers a variety of traditional dishes. This is not super fancy (or super clean), but the food makes up for any flaw. Absolutely delicious!

Great place for authentic Indonesian and fusion food. Go there early for dinner and try all the food off the serving trays, those are the most popular items.

Good grocery shop for Indonesian snacks and Indonesian foods. I bet the buffet foods were good when they were fresh from the kitchen. I highly recommend shrimp fried noodles and grilled fish. Ask for extra kecap (Indonesian sweet soy sauce. You gotta try avocado shake Indonesian style and if you feel adventurous, give it a try Durian shake Selamat Makan (Bon Appetite)

Don’t question it, just go! Such bold interesting flavors you can’t get anywhere else. Great value. A nice grocery market inside as well to pick up more Interesting finds. I’ve been multiple times and love to try different things and each time am equally impressed. Consider it like you’re going on vacation to Indonesia, but without the two days to fly there.
