Came here at 1:30am and had the best service. Food came out quick and it was delicious and we had the right condiments and utensils. I personally want to thank the girl with the red hair and a tattoo on her neck at the drive thru. It was the second time seeing her there and she has great customer service. She is so sweet and professional. I could tell she wanted my food to come quick but wasn’t rushing me and asked how my day was. Incredible service late at night on a busy night
It's usually advisable to order at the window to prevent long wait times and miscommunications regarding your order. Service is excellent if you are respectful, communicative, and polite as I have had experiences where I may have requested a modification & received the wrong order or received dissatisfying food such as half a burger patty. I ordered two trays of Outwest style cheeseburgers, one with double hushpuppies and the other with double fries. The burgers were cooked and tasted good even though the onions were not grilled. The hushpuppies were generously portioned, which is unusual, but the fries were bland. Both the red cherry and peach cobbler milkshakes were prepared efficiently and tasted good.
Dear God it was the best food I've ever eaten in my entire life. Not once have I ever had a burger so fresh. The Cajun chicken sandwich is to die for. McDonald's should be ashamed of themselves..........
I was here at 1 AM, using the drive thru. It took awhile to get thru the line, but once we got to the speaker everything went smooth. The gentleman who took our order was very helpful and efficient. The food used to be better, now I'd say it's sub-par at best. The milkshakes are the only reason I still eat there.
We stopped for shakes on Saturday evening. It was much quicker than we expected, but way too much syrup in some and not enough fruit in others. They usually do better, but there are those times.
The food was good as well as the service. I can’t really judge the atmosphere bc I’ve never been inside. I always go through the drive through and get the same thing ! Prices are great and my phone is always hot when I get it.
The line was long but they handled it very well. The system they had was similar to Chick-fil-A and the results were great. Food was good, cashier was nice and pleasant. This was a great visit especially at 1am
5stars for the strawberry cheesecake shake always great with hush puppies. The burgers were dry 1 with mustard ketchup onions 1 add bacon and cheese only got bacon and cheese no lettuce ketchup or mustard. Fries and onion rings were ok
Always a good meal value. Go for their meals for a little over $5. You get a main sandwich two side and a drink that includes a coke float option. The burgers are better than the big three and the sides are extensive and tasty. The service is friendly and fast. Worth coming here if you want s better burger.
