This is the best Chinese meal I ever had. I highly recommend the General’s Tso chicken and the dumplings. The food is fresh and very flavorful. It’s absolutely delicious and Mordechai is such a wonderful and kind person. He might speak in French to you if you ask nicely.

I have been taking food out from Chai Peking for many years. It’s always been good and very dependable, In that regard.
my recent visit, though was extraordinary.
I picked up the food around 1:30 in the afternoon, on Friday for Shabbos, and we ended up eating around 530 later that day, and actually ate it at room temperature . It was excellent best I’ve ever had.
the vegetables were crisp, the meat was properly cooked. Everything was just perfect.
Some of the items We ordered: the egg-rolls with meat in them, They were delicious. The dumplings were delicious. The general chow’s chicken was beyond good, the breading was light, chicken was moist, and the sauce was appropriately spicy. We also ordered a new dish, for us, Mongolian beef, that is now a staple of our dinners. The house special fried rice was extraordinary even the white rice, which is my favorite was moist and properly cooked.
The new containers are also great, no food leaks in the bags when Carrying food home.
Everything was just so delicious and well prepared. You can tell that management cares about what they’re putting out.
It’s definitely the best, kosher take-out in Atlanta and possibly in the entire south! Also, dollar for dollar it’s a great value, the portions are excellent and the protein in the dishes is in good proportion.
The food was ready when promised and service was excellent!

In the everlasting hunt for really awesome kosher Chinese food, by and large, the experience has been rather “meh.” Especially considering that even in NYC, many of the Chinese food restaurants were just lacking. Chai peking has been not only consistently awesome, but more, they are a pleasure to get delicious food from because the owners treat their patrons with the same love and care they pour into the creation of the delicious food they sell. Each time I go I try to get at least one new dish from the expansive menu, and I have yet to be disappointed.
In all of my travels this is by far the best place to get Gluten Free Chinese food that just so happens to be Kosher. All of their food is prepared fresh by the friendliest staff and you get generous portions. I will always visit these guys when I am in Atlanta on business.
Having recently moved from a major city with several kosher Chinese restaurants, I was delighted to find Chai Peking in Atlanta. The taste, the freshness, and the quality are all superb; comparable to the best I’ve tasted.
My kids are getting this for lunch at least once a week! It is the best food that they like. Always fresh and great and obviously yummy! Thank you and keep on the great work you guys do.
Not just the only 100% kosher Chinese food in Atlanta but also the best tasting Chinese food in Atlanta! My personal favorite is the wonton soup, with extra wontons of course!

Great!! Delicious traditional Chinese food. Generous portions, beautifully seasoned. Sesame beef: lean, tender pieces of steak and tasty whole green beans. Fabulous with the lovely fried rice. Mushroom chicken: lots and lots of fresh mushrooms in a hearty brown sauce with yummy tender chicken breast.
The egg rolls were perfect! Friendly folks too!

It's hard to believe that Chinese food coming out of a grocery could be so good. Every time I have been there, I have been greeted with a smile. It costs more than the average, but it is Kosher and the quality is great. The old saying stand strong here, you get what you pay for! It has always been fresh cooked to order, not some old stuff sitting around for hours. I recommend Chai Peking to everyone.. I think they have been in the same location for over 18 years, that alone should tell you they are doing something right!!!
A truly unique American Chinese food experience. The food is good, if not exceptional, but the establishment is certified Kosher so you should not expect any surprise ingredients. The Chinese hot dog is a playful acknowledgment of the dual heritages of this type of cuisine and is actually quite tasty. The atmosphere leaves something to be desired, but seating is available near the supermarket booth and the staff is pleasant.
Not just Kosher, Gluten free! First time I've been able to have Chinese food in 10 years and IT WAS DELICIOUS! Great staff, friendly and fun to talk to. Love it!
