Service was quick! Food is delicious for mall food. We had the bento box which included your choice of beef chicken or shrimp, steamed rice, veggies, fried dumplings, and 4 pc California roll. We will be back!
The chicken teriyaki with white rice and steamed veggies is awesome...!!!! Make sure you tell the cook to put extra teriyaki sauce on it. Hell yeah...!!!!! 😁😁😁
The service my family and I get here is superb! We have our favorite employee who we now call “Auntie” and she always knows what each of us order and ensures that we get quality service! I have tried other Sarku restaurants and nothing compares to the service I receive at the Lenox location.

Fast, Fresh, friendly and affordable. I wish they had a location in Midtown. I always get their Salmon Nigiri and it's never disappointed. Please open more of these in the area 😍 Lenox Mall just isn't as fun to go to anymore.
Please restock sarachi or chili flake sauce. The current hot sauce packets aren’t cutting it!

I always liked going to this place during the years mid-late 90's to early 2000's (when I was able to get around easier via Marta on the train to go to Lenox/Dunwoody train stations & Shopping malls always been near to each other) to get the Chicken Teriyaki with steamed white rice while always making sure no veggies(sometimes depending on what you having to eat this isn't always needed to enjoy a meal) plus with a bit extra on the teriyaki sauce on the food & rice. Ya know to have some food to eat after shopping & looking around in the mall haha.
Then ever since I been living in a different area for many years to this day while having my own ride. Driving to get to either one of those 2 areas is like a long drive that I'll only do once in a while especially because the traffic most of the time be congested especially at the area where Lenox mall is located.
The last time I've had some of their Chicken Teriyaki w/steamed white rice was like 2-3 years ago when I drove to Lenox Mall on the day of my birthday. Til then I'll be back to get some of that to eat whenever I come back around in one of those 2 malls again.
From what I've seen on the google maps they have quite expanded to a few other areas of the years & Its a bit of a sad shame they haven't expanded enough to reach the other 2 big region-areas in this state where they could really do some good business.
Was shopping in lenox Square mall and stopped here for a meal and let me just say my food was fresh and hot, two of my favorite thing when im eating I love my food hot and tasty. The service was on point it was non stop for them and they were working the line down so I must say that when im in the mall I know of one place to get great food from come and try them out when you're in the mall.
"Mall Food" $12 Bucks chicken & shrimp, fried rice & a drink all this for 1 person! Pretty good too and fast service during the lunch hour rush. Got a lunch date? Split a plate. Trust me they give you a lot of rice and meat!

Love the Honey Crispy Chicken!!! The staff is kind and willing to allow you to sample. I was surprised by the abundance of food varieties.
