We went there a few times. The service is always excellent and overall it's a nice experience. The staff are attentive and fast. Excellent customer service. I'm underwhelmed by the food. There is nothing wrong with it. The kids love it, just not what I expected, given all the hype about it. The kale crunch and I got along just fine, but that was it if I'm really honest.
Its chic FIL A. Their service is always A1 consistently and across the board. Doesn't matter what location. They are the standard of customer service. No one else compares. I wish they could teach other businesses for real. They show us everyday it can be done even in a pandemic. The rest of folks are just not vetted and trained properly. Its why there are so many issues at other places. All 'Karens' don't be wrong.🤷🏾♀️ Trashy customer service is a huge pet peeve of mine when I'm patronizing your establishment.
The were 30 indecisive elementary youth before me and the cashier's had them served in less than 30 minutes. You just can't beat Chick-fil-A service and fix quality.
Very clean restaurant awesome customer service and our food was so delicious We were just passing through trying to get home to Columbus Georgia.

Chic filet will always be the best fast food choice out there. And I especially love the frosted lemonade! They are sooooo delicious!

Chickfila is a paragon of the fast food industry and should be emulated by every other restaurant. They are unparalleled in terms of quality, taste of food, service, and efficiency. I removed one star for a single reason: the layout of the restaurant with respect to pickup ordering and drive thru. It is often ridiculous attempting to join the drive thru line at peak times. This is hardly within control of the employees, so it's no fault of theirs, but the constraints of a single lane drive thru really hamper the efficiency of getting your order.
Again, this is not to disparage this location. It's fantastic and heads and tails above any other fast food restaurant. It's only the headache of how crowded and backed up it gets at peak times, knowing that other chickfila locations have multiple drive thru lanes for that very reason.
