A lovely space that's perfect to get some work done or catch up with a friend. You'll always find an open seat! I absolutely love their lavender lattes, croissants, and sandwiches. However, they are often understaffed and therefore the service can be really slow. I wish that Proof's owners gave it as much love as they do to Cakes & Ale or Bread & Butterfly.

This place is so good!! If you ever come near, I would 100% recommend stopping in. The atmosphere is to die for and the coffee cake will take you away! They also have an assortment of coffee and tea flavors. I started the morning with a vanilla-lavender iced coffee 👌🏼.

This bakery is one of the prizes of the neighborhood. The pimento cheese biscuit is probably the best baked good I have ever tried. I am also a big fan of the green onion scones and lattes - a weekly visit is a must!

Great place with an independent feel. You can sit and read or relax. There is good music in the background and they have tasty goodies.

This is one of the best bakeries I’ve been to. I’m French and usually pretty picky about my croissants/baked goods but this place made me feel like I was back in Europe. The prices are very reasonable, the people are very friendly, and it’s an overall enjoyable environment to work/study/chat in a beautiful neighborhood of Atlanta. I usually never leave reviews for anything but this place was amazing. I recommend the chocolate chip cookie and croissant (any of them). Coffee is also very good!!

The espresso I had was very good and made pretty quickly. Proof also has a good breakfast menu which is nice to see.

Nice coffee and pastries, however, parking can be tricky (limited spots outside shop). There are street parking and Marta station nearby

Found them lurking on insta .. now a favorite for me and wifey. We love a trip to get hot chocolate and some croissants; best way to begin your day! We never finish the croissants so we have something to look forward to after classes. Very friendly vibe, everyone is so nice and friendly; I enjoy conversation and don’t feel rushed or out of place (important for an introvert like myself). Being from California, bakeries really matter to me and this one reminds me of home, and my mom. So yeah. If you want to meet some really nice people, get some amazing pastries, or delicious bread for avocado toast (sighs in Berkeley) I am practically demanding you at least go here once. I will say it is a bit expensive so I try not to make it a habit of going too often or I’ll be happy, but broke. Which is fine but bills lol. You’re looking at $20.00 for two hot chocolates and two chocolate croissants. It’s worth it though ! And it really will make you smile and happy for the whole day, especially if it’s sunny ☀️ :) can’t wait to come again !

I was looking forward to this place...it certainly looks very impressive. The scone was delicious and well worth the trip in itself but the chocolate croissant was meh - the pastry was not of a great quality and the chocolate was not great either. Guess their southern-style items are better.

Lovely, airy loft with lots of light is a welcome neighborhood retreat for tasty baked treats. The bakery not only serves up delicious pastries, but delivers pretty scrumptious sandwiches (tuna on croissant is my favorite) and coffee drinks. With open access wifi and sweet smells swirling about, its pretty easy to pass an afternoon here.

This unassuming location houses a fantastic bakery. The coffee cake was absolutely delicious! My daughters and I also enjoyed the red velvet whoopee pie and the chocolate croissant. The decor and ambience were perfect for a weekend breakfast.

Visiting from out of town and saw the Proof tent at the Freedom Farmers market. Bagels were gone by 10am so figured they must be good. So we went to the bakery and yes, the bagels were awesome! Latte was good as well. They had home made pop tarts which we will try next visit.

By far the best Bakery in Atlanta. I shop there several times a week. I love the bread and pastries. I recommend this place to all my friends. There is tons of free parking at the MARTA start station across the street. Decor is stylish and the coffee great.
