I'm surprised to see the one star reviews here; I've had nothing but positive experiences at this location. Jessica, Brandon, Kay, and other employees are very helpful, accommodating, and fast when making beverages for me and my team. They learned our daily orders quickly and are friendly and sociable each morning, which is helpful before I've had my morning coffee!
Tracy deserves a raise! She is very hard working and always makes sure to deliver a phenomenal customer experience! I drive past 3 different Starbucks to come here because of her!
Very convenient place to put a Starbucks! The employees are so nice and are always happy to take my order! I just tried the Almond milk macchiato with cinnamon and it was AMAZING! Never know till you try it!
Super busy location in the morning for employees in Phipps Tower & they are always moving at super speed; friendly team, great management & always accurate.

Conveniently located inside the mall. This location even carries news papers and has a few places to sit down at. Service was a bit slow, however.

Met someone at the one in Phipps, interesting as it was much roomier and quieter than a normal Starbucks.
Tad slow but service is good and coffee is always good.
