he staff was super nice especially with buying a Valentines Day cookie cake without preordering it ahead. My girlfriend and me were super happy with how easy it was to walk up and get a full size cake without having to wait or anything! Definitely recommend this Great American over the one at Lenox Mall especially on busy holidays!

Great American Cookies offers a high quality, premium product at a reasonable price. My kids can always tell the difference between Great American Cookies and cheaper knock-offs. There are several locations closer to me, but I ALWAYS go to the Perimeter location because of the service and commitment to customer service. Have gotten cookie cakes there for years and they never fail to please. I am a Raving Fan!!!!
Remix is amazing! He made my daughter’s unicorn birthday cookie decoration to perfection! He could not have been nicer or more customer focused...what an amazing employee! And, the cookie cakes are simply the best!
The GM here is very courteous and professional. Ordering over the telephone was quick and easy, and to make it better, the cookie cake produced was PERFECT. Staff was very friendly and courteous as well, all involved made pick-up fast and painless. Thank you GACC! Great experience all around!
It's the best cookie spot ever... The Staff are always so helpful... Cookies are always soft... U can see the pride that when into the cookies... If ever in the Perimeter Mall area you gotta swing by the mall and get some of those cookies.....their so good.... Don't take my word for it go see for yourself...
A cookie and a drink are about $3.50 and not $10 as stated in a previous review. Why anyone would claim this is puzzling.They also run frequent specials on cookies, brownies and cookie cake. Everything is baked fresh all day long :)
