Maggie’s Neighborhood Bar and Grille, or Mags as us Emory students call it, is a good bar. I didn’t end up getting anything to drink besides water, but the onion rings were good. I give this place a 4/5 solely on personal preference that it’s a smoking establishment, and I’m pretty sensitive to cigarette smoke.
This place’s ambiance is unmatched. Nothing too crazy, no drinks menu and the simplest food selection ever and yet it has a powerful way of keeping everyone around. The man behind the bar is a real superhero, mixing our drinks and serving us the food alone like he is an army of 12 man. Definetly would go back.
Good local dive, great drink prices. They smoke inside so stay away if that bothers you. A good place to grab a couple pints.

Been a loyal customer for years. Cool dive bar. They have a nice outdoor deck, pool tables, trivia night and great drinks. All of the "male" bartenders are awesome and courteous. I'd recommend this place!!!

Aw dang, not sure if they just aren't going to do food anymore or if that was just that night. 🤷 They let us order but like normal delivery folks don't go there, ended up door dashing pizza sloot. (Ya know, once you evoke the slût, you gotta have it). Then there are only 3 pool ques and they quite suck. Those were my gripes and why I took off a star.
We were served by Gabbie who was really chill and super sorry about the negatives but keep us (me, mostly) nicely drinky and we had a great time out for dinner. 💚
I shared a negative experience last time I was here, but since then I am pleased to say I have talked to a lot more positive folks about the lay of the land. The bar has a huge patio area for hanging out at. I really like it, it's close to work and there's a potential for a huge turnout here like no other places nearby. Highly recommend this place to the wishful college student looking for a decent time; and for the the local worker looking for a getaway after work.
Great staff, great prices on drinks if your awaiting payday. The night I went could be a better balance between males / females, but I had a great time. Laid back environment with ping pong, pool, and I went on poker night. Everyone was super cool. I'll definitely come back.
Had an absolutely amazing time here! We rented the outside patio for a birthday party and the staff at Maggie's was MORE than helpful. They set up colored lights, decorations, music, and offered one free shot to every guest that entered! Their staff helped us make sure the patio stayed private, but still allowed us to go back and forth to the inside bar. They even had an aux chord so we could play our own music! Overall it was an awesome night and everyone at Maggie's was a big part of that!
The best bar in the world!!!!!! To list all the great things about this bar would take up too much of my time and yours reading it. Its a bar that makes you feel at home like you belong. I wish I could rate the customer service more than five stars. I truly love this place I had my first outing with the woman I love there and now we have a family but we still make time for Maggie's.

Best wings around! Super low prices on drinks! College bar on Thursday, Friday and Saturday! Poker on Monday, pool tournament on Tuesday, trivia on Wednesday. Industry Night on Sunday! 8 screens for all your sports needs! Great local place!
