Every once in a while I like to drop into Starbucks. I like this location. I like the upstairs area ( as do so many others) it's usually pretty packed upstairs. Nice location. ( P.S. the Walmart in the shopping center is closed )
WOW! One of my favorite Starbucks in Buckhead is located in a super amazing area. Is a Great place to come and do some networking or do some remote work. It even has a upstairs for more privacy to get focus. Customer service was excellent and fast so if your in town and wanna get a super delicious cup of Joe come check them out. Lots of stores around and restaurants to go and try out as well. Thank you for the great experience!. I will be back soon.
I love that this store has good spirits. It's probably because they've unionized. Corporate needs to negotiate with them and give more power to the workers. I rather like the store's aesthetic, and I've always had good service. Starbucks, don't be stupidly selfish and drive these people away.
Not a franchise store, so didn’t use rewards via app, but drinks were perfect and located right downtown GB for convenience.

The parking lot access is difficult. It's on top of an abandoned Walmart, the vibe is not that cool...

Lived near this store last year, one of the best places I have ever been. My order was always right, they made an effort to learn my name,started my order as soon as I walked into store. Loved it.
My second time here and this will now be my go to Starbucks location. Shout out to the 12pm Wednesday crew. They were all so nice, welcoming, and funny. The store was out of my favorite drink but they still made sure I left a satisfied customer.
Great experience and even better drink. I asked Drew who was behind the counter what his favorite drink was as I wasn't sure what I wanted. He recommended this and it was perfect

I normally don't care much for Starbucks and rather support local businesses but it was just a quick and convenient solution to finish some paperwork while having some coffee.
I did however have an exceptionally pleasant experience due to my amazing barista who not only spoke 5 languages...we were able to communicate in 3 of them right there on the spot. An amazing conversationalist who made the Starbucks experience fun and pleasant.
Nice place for coffee and tea. Open and clean feeling. Lots of chairs to sit.
Anytime that I go in there they are always very nice, at least to me it comes off as then not really forcing themselves to be nice, and it feels more genuine. I do have a silly sugary order that I always get shy about, but they always make it pretty easily and don't give you look of being annoyed. Despite being in a busy area wait time is usually not that long, no drive-through which is why it may be quicker but it wouldn't be any faster if you went through a drive-thru with them because they are just that efficient. Even if they were busier and it took longer, the environment doesn't feel like it becomes toxic so it's more enjoyable to wait there compared to other locations that I've been at.
THE BEST STARBUCKS IN ALL OF ATL - I stand by this so wholeheartedly. My coffee order is constantly changing but because of the KINDEST, WARMEST, GREATEST staff I come back literally every single day. They are the best start to my day and I legitimately feel so welcome and loved in this place. How many businesses can do that for their customers? My orders are always perfect and if I ever want the slightest change they work with me and hand me something new with a SMILE!!!!!! I just love it here. I’ll never go to another Starbucks in Atlanta!!! You shouldn’t either!!!!
