The place was clean and the ice cream was good. No service with a smile, but what are you going to do?

I was looking for an ice cream cake for my dads birthday (he’s 72) and she never asks for anything except a the BR ice cream cake with chocolate cake & vanilla ice cream. BR however only had flavors like mint chip or all ice cream, nothing he ever really likes. I went to four other baskin robins and nobody had them in stock and supposedly don’t make them in house. After calling around a few times losing hope I had called the Hammond location. At first no answer (while 2 other locations didn’t answer as well, one had a number change 🙄) and I called my mom asking her what I should do & while on the call the Hammond location called me back. A lovely woman on the phone who was very polite and attentive listened to what I was looking for and put me on a brief hold to see what they had in stock. She then told me they had one 😄. I quickly drove over, entered and another kind associate greeted me and paused on making anther ice cream cake. The space was clean and followed all c19 safety guidelines. The woman I spoke to on the phone come from the back with the cake I was looking for. I would highly recommend this location, staff was super kind and tentative.

I love their ice cream! There are so many varieties. There are a lot of flavors. I love the birthday cake ice cream and the cookies and cream ice cream. Their customer service is amazing! Every time you come in there you are met with a greeting. They ask you how many scoops you want. Their cones are delectable! They also have toppings! There are gummi worms, Oreo bits, chocolate chips, and sprinkles. They have beautiful designed cakes. Then they have ice cream boxes that you can buy. It is well structured. You can sit inside and outside. I would recommend for anybody to go there!
Can't beat more than 31 flavors. The staff is pretty nice. The only Baskin Robbins with two floors so that's cool. And it smells really good when they make waffle cones
Great tasting waffle cones! Many flavors of course, I recommend the mint choc chip as well as the strawberry cheesecake. Great service too!
Friendly staff. Clean store. And the variety of ice cream will surprise you. Absolutely worth trying.
They close at 10, not 10:30. We walked in and they said they were closing in 5 minutes and served us. Location is unique with 2 floors.
Took my parents at the brink of the closing time. They were welcoming and the ice cream was ofcourse great.
They make the most beautiful Spiderman cake which I'm getting for my grandsons 5th birthday party.
Good and clean place. Great staff and yummy icecream. What else you need.
