Industrial-retro design, sociable staff, delicious coffee. . . This new cafe checks off all the marks!
Things you should know:
I. PARKING
There's parking directly out front. When I arrived on a weekday around noon, it was full! But don't worry, you'll see plenty of other parking areas nearby as you drive up to the location.
II. SERVICE
The staff member who took my order actually carried genuine conversation. It was above standard and not your superficial "how are you" lingo.
I also liked that they provide a serve-yourself water station.
III. QUALITY
I got a cappuccino here and was pleased with not only the cute latte art and ceramic dishware but also the milk-to-espresso ratio. So we'll executed that I HAD TO order another!
The interior design is applaud-worthy as well! I appreciate the owner's green thumb, nurturing the live plants everywhere.
IV. CAPACITY
Busy in the mornings but tapers off in the afternoon.
Another beautiful coffee shop! In an upcoming area of Atlanta. Such a lovely coffee shop with many, many seating areas. Bar style areas, round tables, couch area, even booth like seating areas! Loved the many options. Coffee was delicious! I got a vanilla iced latte and it was great!! Not overpriced and if you dine in they serve your drinks in fancy cups! Perfect for hanging out or meeting with friends. Staff was so kind. Will definitely come back!
Atmosphere: yep. cool. antique/rugged + sleek. & great service.
Workable: yes- 7/10. Several different seating/table options, indoor and outdoor. Outlets can get sparse if it's crowded.
Food/drink: great drinks (if u like tea, ask for a jasmine fogš), food menu is small
Price: mid-range, worth it
Parking: free lot, gets busy in the morning
100% will return
A good respite on the edge of town. Friendly baristas and espresso that is always on point. They roast in house, have a rotating selection of pastry, and also offer single origin espresso. With the recent renovation, theres plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for work or socialization.
The people working here are super sociable and chill, such a nice atmosphere and the pastries are the best Iāve had in a long time! Kudos to the baker! (That plantain bread was divine)
Cute little place. Really yummy breakfast sandwich and danish thingy ! Super overpriced hand dipped incense though.
Stopped here while visiting a friend and had the best time! I got one of their seasonal lattes and was very impressed. The flavor profiles of the syrup and the espresso was perfect. Hope to come again next time we stop in ATL!
In from Ann Arbor, Michigan visiting family. They took us to their favorite coffee shop and it did not disappoint. Husband loved his coffee. I had a Barack on the rocks and it was delicious. Niece told me their also had a warm version called Barack with a sweater so I made sure to try that also before we left.
One of the best coffee shops in Atlanta. The food is outstandingāthough pricey. The service, first rate. One star lost due to horribly slow internet. Don't plan on coming to get work done that requires wi-fi.
Very cute place! Great place to sit and work or visit with someone. A few unique tea drink options like āBarak on the Rocks.ā Parking will probably become more limited as new stuff opens in, so hopefully they can keep parking options open :)
