Thank you very much for serving many people a free breakfast when the computers were down and the other airport restaurants closed their doors. The staff worked hard and did a great job.

Just wanted to say thank you to the young lady working the register this morning for being so cheerful when everybody around her was stressing out over their cancelled flights (including mine). Really changed my attitude this morning.

For reference, I am a solo traveler and visited twice (arrive/depart) during a recent trip. Each visit was between 8am & 10am. The line for the kiosk can take up to 30 minutes. It's especially brutal if one of the kiosks are down. Once the order is placed, I got my food within 10 minutes. The staff were professional/friendly and got my order 100% accurate both times.

As a new customer I was amazed by Einstein Bagels 🥯. It was so tasty with hash brown bread - just too good.

Waited 40mins in line and when I got to the front of the line they finally turned on the second ordering kiosk. Super delicious food though

The line is pretty long, but once you order your food, you get it right away. The eggs sandwich was delicious.

The young ladies were very friendly and I had a hot mocha which was perfect and an all nighter (bagel egg cheese) l wish I had gotten their names. If I ever go to that airport again I will definitely be going back.

Now I understand why there's ALWAYS a long line. 1. To order and pay for your meal, there's an automated ordering tablet that's missing a good 25% of what's on the menu. In their case, it would be worth paying a cashier to expedite things. 2. The food is absolutely delicious and the ladies are fast. Despite the obnoxious line and impossible ordering system, if you have an ample layover, they are worth a breakfast/ brunch stop.

Easy, convenient, good airport option without breaking the bank. I travel through airports very often, and sometimes I just want a little snack. It kills me to see $10-$20 price tags on nearly everything, even something as small as a yogurt or cup of fruit. Come on, I only want a snack, I’m not starving enough to give my left leg… And there it is…. My choice of bagel with my choice of smear for under $4. There are no tables to sit, no servers to tip, it’s not ticking off all the major food groups … but it is a delicious snack that will hold me over until dinner. I self-ordered from a touch screen and waited 2 minutes for my number to be called.. grab and go… the staff was super friendly and I was off to my gate. And I didn’t have to go into debt to enjoy it. I like this airport Einstein’s and think you will too. Until next time…

The line was probably longer than the line to board the airplane, but well worth it for the schmear! I'm just not a fan of the tablet ordering system it seemed a little glitchy going from customer to customer such that I could still see the previous person's order when it was my turn to order.
