I HAD to leave a positive review for Wendy’s at Camp Creek. I hadn’t been there in years. (And gave only been a few times). The cashier, Jordan, was about to get off work. He was beyond polite, patient and answered all of my questions.This was the best service I’ve ever had at this place. He deserves a promotion (ASAP). He recommended mango lemonade (and it was really great). The fries were pretty warm (so glad I ate some before I got home/they had cooled off). The spicy chicken sandwich was tasty (as usual).
Some of the fast food spots in this vicinity get a bad rap for poor customer service- hopefully not this place. Great job! Keep it up (& I’ll be back one of these days).
Wendy’s is always the very best of all fast food options. Always fresh and tastes great. I personally love their salads but my brother always gets the burgers and is equally happy. This location is well maintains and good, friendly customer service.
The restroom was not in good condition. That is important in a food restaurant. Some one should keep that clean and sanitized.
Sometimes it's really hard giving fast food restaurants 3 or more stars, but today I am giving this Wendy's 5. The drive-thru line went really quick, I had a special order which I did not have to send back, the fries and the nuggets where fresh. But my #7 was soooo good it almost looked too good to eat. The lettuce was green the tomatoe was ripe and I did not have to search for the bacon. Most of the time I order something and it looks nothing like the advertisement...Not this burger baby!
I would like to shout out the friendly drive thru staff and the kitchen great job tonight.
Double burger was very good and fresh. Frosty was delicious, haven't had one in years. Small but good. OK prices and good service.
I stopped by Wendy's to get a strawberry frosty and nuggets. I was in a hurry and did not have much time. There were several cars in the drive-thru. I opted to go inside. The restaurant was neat and clean. My server took my order, and my payment and brought my order up in less than three minutes. I was quickly on my way.
Today around 11:30PM the drive thru was incredibly backed up. HOWEVER, upon ordering, we discovered a man named Jordan who had been there since the store opened at 7AM. Although, he had been there for well over 12 hours, he still continued to provide excellent service with a great attitude. I 100% believe this Wendy’s single handily owes its business from today to Jordan and probably many other days as well. Go Jordan!
This Staff should be training all Wendy's staff members on their jobs. Best customer service in fast food award would belong to this staff.
