On line order indicated Zax sauce, ranch and caramel for funnel cake. None were packed with order. No utensils to eat coleslaw.
Customer service is just as great as Chic-fa-la.
I've been coming here for years and have yet to have a bad experience. My salads are always fresh and delicious. Even when it's late closing time, the salads are still fresh. Sometimes the wait can be a bit long, but since my food is always fresh I won’t complain.
Although my order was a remake due to prior order. I called and spoke to Ron and he took great care of me by replacing my order with no issue. I want to thank Christopher for his hospitality for making sure my order was correctly placed this time. Thanks again Zaxbys.
Thanks Mark! Manager is very nice. I overheard them saying they had a new system so I guess everyone is trying to get accustomed to everything. I did have a minor issue so I called the restaurant. Pleasant Kids but unorganized and their focus is not there. The front of the house needs to have clear communication with the back of the house at all times. I ordered 2 salads, 1 wings and things, 2 drinks and 2 3 pk cookies. I was given 4 wings 1 tender cut in half, sauced. I was given no dipping sauce. 1 was given 2 cup but no lids were available. I was told there was no cookies and nothing the associate could do at that moment. I called, no answer. THAT'S 3 months ago. 2 stars
