I had a great experience at this location for lunch. I placed my order with ease, no back-n-forth with the cashier and it was served as requested. The Manager Travis was brimming with personality and made the exchange all the more pleasant. My food was hot and fresh and tasted as it should. I would definitely eat here again. Great job!
Fast service, hot food. Tasty as always. Just a little too much ice in a drink and a not too happy attitude when I asked for a refill. But overall nice experience. Oh, for those dining in I think there should be power outlets that actually work available for ones seeking a quick recharge of phone while eating.
Also, Wendy's burgers are absolutely great plus the new spice pumpkin frosty is delicious.
If you're budgeting, don't miss out on the $6 biggie meal of double stacked Jr bacon cheeseburger which comes with small fries, 4 chicken nuggets & sauce plus a small drink of choice 🤤👌
I stop here in my route and every time the manager is always hands on and super attentive. The food is always quick and hot so it makes my short 30 minute lunch feel that much longer.
THEY TRY THEIR BEST I CANT TELL BUT THE BUILDING IS OLD AND PPL EXPECT EVERYTHING TO BE LIKE COMMERCIALS IT WOULD BE IF THE OWNER CARED THT MUCH BUT THEY SAY THERE A FRANCHISE SO CORPORATE WONT HELP IN ANYWAY I LIKE THE HARD WORKERS THERE I ADMIT IT MAY TAKE A MINUTE BUT THEY STILL COMPLETE THE JOB.
Good was hot and as good as I expected it to be. The gentleman at the drive thru was respectful and had a great personality. I received my food in a timely manner and there were no problems with my order.
This was by far the best experience I've had at a Wendy's. Ever. It is difficult to find well-rounded positive service in this industry... Management team deserves an award (!!) for working so hard to maintain a solid shift.
Of all the fast food chains chicken nuggets here are the best.
I don’t know what’s happened but it seems like Wendy has finally cracked the whip at the home office. On my recent visit to this location, the garlic parmesan fries were crispy and well seasoned, and my burger was perfectly cooked, carefully prepared and delicious. In the current age of spotty service and inconsistent quality, this was a welcome experience.

I don't usually write a review unless a business absolutely fails or excels in product quality or service. That being said, I have nothing but due praises for Mrs. Ann, the Store Manager, and her staff at Wendy's #1330 located at 5621 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Chamblee GA. 30341.
On Monday morning, I happened to be in the store washing my hands in the bathroom before ordering a salad. I also happened to over hear the production meeting she had with her staff. It was ABSOLUTELY awesome, professional, and quality driven. What made this meeting so excellent is that it was AUTHENTIC and QUALITY ORIENTED, because the Store Manager and staff thought that the store was empty and had no idea that I was listening to the meeting.
In addition to being focused on quality food standards, this location has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'd asked for coffee earlier, but the coffee bowl had broken. Just before I left the store, the Store Manager, personally walked out a fresh, hot coffee with cream, sugars, stirs, and napkins. As she was leaving my table, I started working on the review.

Courteous and kind staff, excellent food quality, and a truly nostalgic dining room made this a 5 out of 5 experience! Definitely my go-to Wendy's!
Just came again this morning 2/16/2023. The guy at the window was probably one of the best employee experiences that I've ever had at a fast food restaurant, or in general really. Extremely nice and friendly and worth coming back.
The crew was off the chain polite the food was so hot and great
We started our order with a real sweet young lady, however a rude guy finished taking our order. The food was good. Their score was 100 A. Other than the rude guy, everything was awesome.
