The last time I visited this Subway™ establishment, following a visit to the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library on 40 Presidential Dr, Simi Valley, CA 93065, United States, I was experiencing a cordial reception from the sandwich staff. My only complaint was a severe lack of Mayonnaise laid upon my sandwich. I wished to request more on it, however the lovely gentleman who was in front of me was engaged in a similar plight. This request gradually expanded into gun violence. As the man unholstered his service weapon from his jorts™, I was left petrified and forced to relinquish my upcoming request. I hope the employees in the future will offer the adequate amount of mayonnaise in order to rectify any further shootings.
The ladies had a little attitude in the inside but tried to keep a smile and do things good as if nothing was bothering them. It was understandable that a group came in w/o calling in first. I have seen that they are very close with the customers they have conversations with. The ladies were very professional, helpful!
First and foremost the new employee Lakeshia was left by herself due to an employee leaving to go home her shift was over i clearly heard her say....Lakeshia had about 4-5 customers to tend to as her co worker just abandoned her which was wrong the manager came in and assisted Lakeshia and everything went smoothly from there. Those two showed teamwork as well as exceptional customer service. They are very friendly and I would love it if they would get an award for their remarkable customer service skills....Thanks for the love that you 2 put into my food take care and God bless the lady from Marta
This location has got to be the best in ATL. Bread was out of the oven fresh. Meats were fresh and veggie were fresh. Just wished other Subway's could duplicate this location exceptional good service and food. 👍

There’s a good chance you could find the wide left ball near your store from the Peach Bowl.

Hello, my name is Karen E. Quinones Miller, and I'm writing to compliment one of your workers. While I don't know her surname, her first name is Deborah, and she works at the Subway located at 74 Northside Drive SW, in Atlanta, Georgia.
I have had brain surgery, and I now suffer with multiple sclerosis; I therefore conduct a lot of business over telephone because of limited mobility.
Needless to say, I have run into MANY rude clerks/managers over the years, so when I run into a nice and polite one I am relieved. When I run into one with outstanding customer service, I am overjoyed! Today, after dealing with Deborah, my cup overrunneth with joy. .
She was so sweet and patient with me that I actually thought I perhaps knew her personally, but had forgotten (that was not the case). She was also very professional on top of that!
I've never written in before about a Subway employee before, but Deborah is definitely worth the effort.
I don't know if Subway gives out corporate-wide awards, but if you do, I hope you consider her for one.
As far as I am concerned, Deborah is the shining example of employee that all food service companies make believe they have in their employ. In Deborah, you have the real thing.
Thanks for taking the time to read this long missive.
Have a good day!
Had a foot long Turkey on white bread with mayo, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, banana peppers and sweet onion sauce, pepper and oregano.
Aiesha was amazing. The service was really quick and she made it a breeze. Sandwich was really good.
