I always love their cakes. Usually go there for family birthdays. Their baked goods are very tasty. And they offer a lovely range of cakes, pies, cookies, pastries.
The staff is as friendly and as helpful as can be. If you have an attitude when you walk in, do you expect more from the bakery staff than you are behaving? Wish people wouldn't be so hard on retail establishments. They are trying as hard to survive as you are as a customer.
This is a local and family owned business in Atlantic City and is located on Ventnor and Annapolis Avenue southwest corner. I assure you that this is a perfect baked goods and pastries 🍰 shop that will fulfill all of your needs. They will also bake requests for you if needed. You will need to put your order in to allow them to make sure you are satisfied and have your needs met for whatever your occasions need.
I have come to this location a few different times and Im always pleased with the quality and selection. The chocolate mousse cake and their doughnuts are second to none. The Pleasantville location always screws up orders though. Highly recommend!
I ordered my birthday cake from them. I explained that I'm diabetic & didn't want my cake too sweet. It was better than that. Strawberries were fresh & the cake was super soft, not too sweet. It was perfect.

I am 35yrs old since I was a little girl I have been going to Minos bakery getting there strawberry shortcakes an must I say they are the best I would recommend anybody there if your looking for good fresh pastries an good strawberry shortcakes Minos is the place for you!!!!!!

Only problem they close at 4pm . The cakes are good. Only thing I didn't like is the mini Danish they were a bit dry
Went early because it's Christmas eve and WOW the selections were amazing! I needed dessert for the Christmas dinner I am traveling on the train to. The 2 girls behind the cases were great. They boxed up cheese cake slices and 24 assorted cake bites perfectly to fit in refrigerator till tomorrow. It is also stacked to fit in carry bag on the train. I am excited to share Atlantic City's best bakery with family in Ambler Pa.
Ordered a cake for a birthday get away. The girl that took my order was the most helpful and sweetest person. When I went to pick it up, the girl that was there was very nice. The cake turned out awesome and better than i had expected

Mini’s bakery is just amazing, as much as they give attention to their products, may be they give just half of that attention to their employees because they are always in such bad mood. They are not rude at all, but you would expect someone in a Bakery shop to at least smile when you walk in.
I have had 2 German Chocholates and one strawberry shortcakes and all i can say is amazing. Everybody raved about the cakes. My family is from philly and is very knowledgable on pastry quality and they loved the cakes
