Good food !!! Never a wait, which is surprising because the food really is good, and cheap too. More people should be enjoying this local steak shop. Though called Mr. Steak, they feature ethnic cultural favorites from the Middle East. My favorite is the lamb gyro. They offer to grill the onions, but I always get them raw. The sandwich is quite tasty. I've tried other menu items too, and frankly I don't know what they are called, but I've never been disappointed. Always flavorful and, again, inexpensive.
The staff, husband and wife owners I think, are friendly and helpful. The place can seat like 70-80 people. I don't know why hardly anyone is ever seated in there. I do see people walking out with their to-go orders. Actually, I've never sat and ate in there either, I get it to go too. If I had to complain about something, it would be the limited variety of beverages. The cold fridge isnt fully stocked. But that's it. Everything else is great.
Give the place a try, I think you'll like it !!!

Oh, best tasting gyro I've ever eaten. So clean you can eat off the floor, which isn't surprising since any Halal place I've ever been to is the same, great portions, tasty food, clean environment, and reasonable prices
Update, 9/23/19 was there Saturday, again lamb was delicious!!! Waitress was very professional and clean!!
We were pleasantly surprised to eat here on our trip to the tanger outlets and beach. The food was really good and their chicken sub was amazing. Portions were a good size and place looked neat and great service by staff.
We would have liked to be made aware through reviews that there are dealers kind of crowd standing on the road outside the restaurant although they were not causing any disturbance.
Best food ever and the important thing it is very clean. The place is big and clean, their hospitality makes you come back every time, we tried steak, lamb chops, breakfast: eggs and pancakes and eggs and French toast, chicken kebab, hamburger and Phili steak sandwich, all were great. We even took gyro 2 plates to go they were delicious. I strongly recommend it as a good halal food and a good place to eat at AC:)
Legit! Absolutely delicious food and good ol' Bengali hospitality! Very reasonably priced! Had shrimp biryani and Philly cheese steak!... Was amazing! If you're in the area, don't miss this halal spot! Planning to make this my regular stop whenever I visit from CT.
Great selection and fresh prepared food. Got the hard to find falafel and was surprised at the hot Turk style spice. While I love terrible boardwalk food as a Greek I am delighted this gem sits in glorious Atlantic City.
Lamb Gyros (could've been beef) were tasty, brimming with meat but rather salty. Very obliging staff. The chef made us omelettes which weren't on their menu.. indian masala omelettes just how we like it. Huge place... great prices. Wish we'd tried the biryani
Chicken Biryani was delicious. It was all the way up. Didn't know you can get great halal food in AC. Also the lamb gyro and yes they have a lamb cheese steak its a must try.
