Arrived 19:45 received food in less then 15 min.
All food was cooked perfectly!
The dinning area was stocked correctly, clean and very tidy. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Overall I’m very impressed with this inclusive restaurant with its high standards of service and hygiene not forgetting the food was excellent! Keep up the good work. Probably one of the best in the country… and i travel 80k miles a year around the uk. 👏
Typical kfc quality, nothing new there. But the service was so slow. Fast food my A.
Nice building, different to the usual, but I think Louth planning wanted something a bit unique
Very surprised at the service and efficiency as I'd been told it was bad they were all helpful especially a young man called Tiffany what he didn't know wasn't worth knowing and so polite and pleasant food was great keep it up kfc
Eaten in afew time ow food always good and served quickly, only downside is the shared male and female toilets but that just my preference.
Place was nice and clean. We went in as a large group and had to wait a bit whilst our food was prepared.
Tiffany was amazing, they had great attitude towards work and clearly knew what to do when they didn’t have certain aspects of the menu. Amazing service, you need to celebrate staff like them.
Recently opened, the team are a great friendly bunch and quality of food is excellent. Only downside is this is so close to my home that my trousers no longer fit!

Food was up to the usual standard, nice and clean set up in the eating area. Gravy was like piss and when asked about it staff member, said that was how it came. Ordered Orange drink, got coke that looked like coffee, but that was quickly rectified.
Toilet problems, more to do with clientèle, all in one area, no urinals obviously some customers, obviously mistaking it for Maccies next door can't lift the lid or aim
My family and I had had the worst day ever as visitors to the area. We were met with such negativity from many locals, but one person in particular really made us feel much better. That person was Kev. I think his name was... His customer service was second to none. What a true gentleman, thank you...
Good clean would not go amiss
Everything is still fresh and clean as the restaurant is still relatively new, the staff are very pleasant and courteous and the food is piping hot and delicious, keep up the good work👍
Most of the staff here are lovely, however they are short staffed. I order online and go through the drive through. It's never ready and you have to wait in a bay. That's fair enough but when the order comes It's almost always wrong. You then have to go in to the restaurant for them to put it right. Probably the worst KFC i have ever visited because of this.
