I was here on their second day after their reopening and wow! I sat at the bar and Rachel took great care of me. Not only did she keep my glass full, but also kept me company with good conversation. I started with a generous helping of Calamari in a spicy tomato compote which was amazing! I could have filled up on just that but knew I had to save room for steak. I ordered the NY Strip which the Chef de Cuisine Carin had hand cut. It was prepared with mashed potatoes and a bordelaise sauce. It was cooked to perfection and as recommended, I paired this with a nice glass of Cabernet Sauvignon. Then, for the finale I had the crème brûlée which was a feast for the senses. Beautifully displayed, it came with a variety of berries, chocolate and cremes. I can't wait to return to try a few other things I saw others ordering as well. Definitely worth heading here for your next date night!
This place provided an absolutely superb dining experience. Both of our meals were perfect, presented beautifully and very filling, the dessert was topnotch, and cocktails were very well balanced and down right delicious. While slightly on the pricier side, the experience, quality and service felt proportional to the bill.
My husband and I had dinner there last night. To say it was five stars is not quite enough. The service is wonderful, attentive, and professional. The food is delicious . We had the pork chop and the chicken. Both were delectable. One sign of a superior restaurant in our mind is when the chef will change a menu item for a patron. The chef did that for us. The chicken is generally served with jasmine rice and Bok choy. A great combo , however rice and Bok choy are not foods I can tolerate. I asked the waitress to ask for mashed potatoes and the vegetable of the day to accompany the chicken. The chef complied to our delight.
Our dessert was the flourless chocolate cake. It is served with pistachio ice cream and berries, it is to die for. We enjoyed our dinners on their lovely porch very much and look forward to many more visits. Recommend you all give it a try.
I have enjoyed four different meals at this restaurant. My husband and I enjoy trying local places and this has certainly become one of our favorites. Meals are superb, with large portions. They have a changing menu which is very nice and comfortable seating. Our servers have always been attentive to our needs, and the atmosphere is casual/elegant. I really enjoy sitting outside in the summer when we go as they have nice patio dining as well. Most of all items on their menu can also be made gluten-free which is fabulous! The prices are reasonable for the dining experience in the food quality. They make their bread from scratch as well with local honey and butter. Love the spot!
A restaurant with a classy atmosphere - Oak & Vine serves good wine and provides excellent customer services. Our waitress was really nice.
From the onset every moment spent there was amazingly perfect. I met the owner in the parking lot and a great conversation ensued followed by a short tour, and I will add that the building is beautiful, fills you with a warm feeling of family. No props, just genuinely real good and nice people. Special shout to Cheryl, what a smile.
