***FOR THOSE VISITING FOR THE NARUTO THEME*** The stickers are no longer on the windows! You've been warned!
I got the veggie bowl, it was very good. I'm new to Korean food but this was a great traditional Korean food experience!
Don't let the name fool you. It's truly an awesome place for really authentic Japanese food. I'm in LOVE with ALL the choices of sushi that there is to choose from as well as the affordable pricing. Well worth taking the chance on, and I'll definitely be going BACK!!!!
Very good!. I love eating here! They have really good food and service.
Great restaurant with great price. Clean atmosphere with superb service. It is a hot place in Auburn. Sushi is great and Korean food is amazing considering that this restaurant is in a small city. Please try stir fried pork and dolsot bibim bop.
I love Naruto Cafe; I've been going there a long time and it's absolutely wonderful! The food is amazing and resonably priced for authentic Asian cuisine and customer service is wonderful; I get the same waitress everytime and I love her! Some have claimed that the staff is only nice to their 'own kind' but that is untrue; I'm white and so are my friends and we are treated like family. It might not be the best place for family dinners but it's great for eating out with friends
Great place with lots of heart in every meal! They get overwhelmed when it's busy sometimes, but have a minimal staff and it's completely worth the wait. One of the very best places in auburn.
FAVE! The fried rice is great and the sauce is delicious, I always get extra. I usually get the Teriyakki Chicken Box!
This place has become a full fledged Korean restaurant in addition to serving its previous Japanese-American dishes. There's still sushi here, too.
The food here is pretty good; however, I prefer Gohyang Garden for some dishes, like bulgogi, galbi, or most of the stews.
Best sushi for the $ I've found in Auburn. Love the shaggy dog, tempura crunch, and volcano rolls.
Naruto Cafe. This place is awesome! Authentic Japanese cuisine and the best in town no doubt. The people are very friendly and the place has a great atmosphere.
If you have a chance to go, DO. You won't regret it!
Great Atmosphere, Great People, Amazing Food. Naruto Cafe is one of the best Japanese places in Auburn, and part of that reason is because they don't cater to the hibachi theme or sushi. Not that there is anything wrong with these two type of places, but of approximately 10 Japanese restaurants in the Auburn-Opelika area, this is one of maybe two that aren't specialized in these two areas.
Their menu is a good mix of Japanese, Chinese, and Korean and offer everything from kimichi, to mochi. I don't think I've had something on their menu that I didn't like. I have never been for lunch, but their dinner portions are very large and I feel well priced for what you get. I love their rice bowls and often can make an additional 1-2 meals out of the leftovers.
Lastly, the restaurant has a great atmosphere. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating (even if you arrive 30 minutes before closing). Naruto Cafe is just an overall great place to hang out.
I highly recommend it.
10/10 Would Dattebayo again.. I went here with my nakama (that means "friend" in Japanese) the other day. I asked for ramen but they didn't have it so me and my nakama had to eat this weird cold fish stuff instead. We came for Japan food but ended up having to eat some fish thing that's probably French or something. It doesn't matter though because we could see Naruto-sama everywhere we looked and we could shout "Dattebayo" (that means "Habeeb it!" in Japanese) and everyone knew what we meant.
Great!. Definitely do not compare it to the Choo Choo that was there before. They serve you at your table, and the wait staff was all really helpful and the food was even better!
