Angelica and Phillip are great! The district manager should take notes from them on how to treat people. If I was the owner of Taco Bell I would never let him work for me driving away business the way he does. He drives business away worse than a scandal. I went to the Taco Bell on Quincy and had an encounter with the district manager who refused to give me his name but I found out later it’s Kenny, Kenneth. He is HORRIBLE to people I’m sure that’s why they are so short staffed because of how he treats them and I have absolutely NO idea how he got into a customer service job because he’s got to be one of the most misogynistic sarcastic meanest people I have ever met. I’ve never met a manager who spoke to customers with profanity and such a horrible attitude. He was definitely having a bad day. Then I had at least 3 people tell me the Quincy location is HORRIBLE so save yourself and drive the extra 5 minutes to this place it’s worth it. The people here are much nicer and they’re quick! 💕

The lady in front of me ran out of gas. The workers at this Taco Bell reacted quickly and efficiently! They pushed her car to the parking area and quickly got the lunch line moving. They were professional, courteous, and got the lunch line moving again! Kudos to these workers for their efficiency!

I didn't get the dude's name but today I pulled up around 1pm and he was running the window, the counter and filling the drinks. I was impressed at how he remembered the orders at the drive thru while working the counter etc. My meal was hot and tasty. Thanks!
