The staff is so sweet, I leave with a compliment from them a lot of the time and it puts a big smile on my face.
They do a good job of getting me in & out of the drive thru if there’s not a line, and if there *is* a line, I’m pretty confident it’s because someone ahead of me ordered a lot of food items off of the menu and that takes longer since it is made fresh.
Their stock can be iffy for sure but that’s not their fault either, that should be taken to some management higher up the chain. Other locations have the same issue.
There was one time I ordered hash browns & they gave me empty packets without the actual food in there but I honestly just thought it was funny af, they were busy and clearly overwhelmed but if you don’t like to laugh things off just double check your stuff & ur fine. They fix things as fast as they can manage.
Overall I adore the staff, their coffee & food, and they’ve always been so efficient and have a get-sh!t-done attitude when it comes to ordering without being rude about it. Thank u guys.
Since the inside is closed, sometimes the drive thru line can be a bit long, but it still seems to move pretty quickly. Sometimes people pay it forward and the car ahead of you will pay for your order or just your beverage. Employees are always friendly.
