This place was delicious. The music sphere was bomb and the host was awesome. Grab you some house Saki & draft beer while waiting for the your meal and I kid you not your food will arrive shortly, nice and hot Babeeee

I dined in for dinner. I loved their Japanese themed architecture and ambience of their indoor seating. I had mi so hot. I enjoyed the soup, toppings, meat and ramen in it. However, soup was too creamy for me. For appetizers , we had gyozu and it tasted good. My favorite is their hibiscus drink. ❤️

The OG brick-and-mortar location! What I loved: the whole Ramen Tatsu-ya menu, with savory broths, marinated eggs, and intriguing monthly specials; easy parking in the strip mall. What I didn't love: terrible lines (get there right when they open, not at 12); the slightly elevated prices. You can't go wrong in the off hours, though.

It was my first time trying Tatsu-ya Ramen, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. While I've had ramen in Singapore before, the experience there didn't compare favorably to the one I had here. The service is minimal, but self-serve water is readily available. The ambiance is decent. The food arrives promptly; we waited no more than 5 minutes! We ordered the OG and the Mi-So-Hot. The flavors are delightful, particularly the soup. However, I found the noodles a bit firm. Next time, I plan to request them to be cooked a bit longer. Overall, I would rate this place 4 stars, and I'm definitely looking forward to returning for more.

Top in Austin? I would say it's very open to debate. I will reserve that for another day but this is a solid adventure and worth the travel. A lot of fun on this menu.

SO FREAKING BUSS (really good for those who don’t know what buss is) ramen was so delicious and warm for the cold weather. Great and efficient service. Everything on that menu worth your money.

I've dined at every Ramen Tatsuya location except for their newest. And I do have to say, for whatever reason, the flavor changes each at each location you dine. So, while I rate this particular location a 5 - some others would receive a 4 or even 3. And last but not least, I have also noted a very slight change in the recipe at this location sometime after the pandemic. It's still amazing and the best you're going to get in town, however, the original signature flavor was undeniably better. I've been going here for years and years, about a decade now, and order the same dish every single time. At one point, the old crew would see me walk in (as I did on a near weekly basis) and would have my order rung up 15 feet later as I arrived at the register. How's that for customer service!? Even though folks on the team have come and gone here, they still live up to the very high standard of quality and customer service!

Came here for my birthday May 2023. It was AWESOME. We LOVED everything we ordered. I wore my traditional FAVORITE Japanese print birthday shirt I got from UNIQLO. We ordered The TSUKEMEN no egg, 2 orders of GYOZA, MUNCHIE KATSU SLIDERS, 2 orders of KARAAGE. Kids ordered some other Ramen dishes but forgot which ones. They loved them. And a Mexican Coke for me. Very reasonably priced. Ambience was a bit stuffy because of the Texas heat. It seems people didn’t linger. They ate and left and we did the same. I HIGHLY recommend this place to all my RAMEN-lovers. I am going back soon; very soon. Btw…the bathroom is a TRIP.

A solid ramen spot. The quality of food is fantastic. The flavours are bold and rich. Make sure you make a reservation beforehand, there is always a big line. They have added a rusty feeling to the ambience, which gives the place a different vibe than other ramen spots.

THIS PLACE WAS SO COOL!! It was very tasty!! Jack at check out was a peach! And Maddie Who Came and checked on me was a great help on finding a place that sold ramune and that just made me 10x happier !!! The food was a very good! I have never really had Ramen like this before but it did kind of seem like it like something? But then again, I’m not too sure if this place was authentic, but nonetheless, it was still amazing. The food was great.!! I think they were playing Paramore when I came in? I can’t quite remember, but it was definitely a different type of atmosphere and vibe but I loved it! What you see here is the mi-so-not Ramen I did get the Naruto maki which does cost $1.50 extra and they taste amazing!. And of course I did get this because I am a huge fan of Naruto 😂 anyway this place is wonderful I highly suggest stopping by! They don’t open until 11 so make sure you plan your trip accordingly. Jack and maddie you both are awesome and I definitely will remember you both❣️

Ramen Tatsuya is the best Rmane place in Austin. The broth and noodles are extremely tasty. The restaurant vibes are really chill. Be aware that there is a long line during lunch and dinner, but it's definitely worth it. I love the Miso-Hot.

The restaurant is sort of small, but still very inviting! I like that they have additional booth seating right out front to enjoy if the weather allows. I can see how your experience could vary greatly here depending on how busy they are. Luckily, when I stopped in around lunch time they weren’t too busy and I tried the #4 “Mi-So-Hot” and it was delicious. You can add on other customization items like “corn bomb” or a “spicy chili bomb” as well as any other veggies you may like. I kept it simple just how it comes normally and it was plenty with lots of flavor. Service was friendly and felt welcoming. There was a couple times a server checked in with us to ensure we throughly enjoyed our meal. Thanks for a great lunch!
