One of my most fav locations for vegetarian tacos with delicious all kinds of salsa, great selection of drinks and beautiful outdoors. This place hits all the spots and makes it worth driving 30 mins for me. Staff is friendly, food quality is excellent. Salas are unlimited as well as delicious n fresh always. What else you can ask for? Must try!!!
Stopped in for breakfast on a Saturday around 10:00. They were busy but cheerfully took our order. The parking lot was a bit crowded but we were able to park and we choose to sit outside.
They brought our order out in no time. The three of us really enjoyed our choices. It took me a few minutes to decide what I wanted and in the end I was satisfied.
This was our first visit and we plan to stop in again.

Been coming here for a long time, and after trying hundreds of Mexican places, there’s nothing quite like Tacodeli. The food is stellar, especially the heather and freaking vegan. The beans are so good, better than all the Mexican restaurants in the area. The bean and cheese is a great option too! (Especially for kids)You have three base options for your taco: flour, whole wheat and corn. Corn tortilla is not gritty like most taco places, our personal favorite choice. Flour is good but whole wheat tastes exactly the same and is healthier, so I would go for that. There’s a salsa bar and all the salsas are great, there is something for everyone. Chips are great, queso is yummy. Two things that amaze me are the affordability and fast service. You could easily average under 10 a person with chips, tacos and soft drinks included. The service is incredibly fast as well. Even with a steady crowd, the order will take no longer than 10 minutes to come out. The people who work there clearly work very hard, and they are very friendly. Ambience is colorful and festive, and there is nice outdoor seating too. Overall, this is a must visit, and it won’t leave you dissatisfied.
Delicious tacos. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Plenty of parking spots too. Loved the food and ambience. Definitely will come back again when in the area.
I absolutely love this location! It gives me a cafe vibe, great to visits when it’s early morning and sunny. Food is always on point, and there are outdoor seating options also. I’m turning into a regular here for sure!

There's seating inside, and some picnic style seats outside and across the parking. Great and quick service. Loved the watermelon fresca and like the fact they use sustainable practices (paper straws, fair trade sodas). Will keep coming back
Always our favorite Tacodeli location and I love all of their tacos. Don’t get me into a fight about Torchy’s vs Tacodeli, I’m biased for Torchy’s sorry. But Tacodeli’s sauces win hands down. Their ingredients are fresh and you really can’t go wrong with any of their offerings. They cater to vegans and non vegans alike.
This is my go to place for Mexican tacos. Love the cowboys taco, mexican rice and their guacamole! Super nice staff too! Really recommend this restaurant.
I remember my very first Tacodeli when I was in 11th grade in high school, back in 2013. It was at a Youth Leadership event hosted by Urban Roots in Austin.
The tacos were delicious. Ever since '13, I have been a fan of TacoDeli. Their food takes a rank of its own.
The last time I was here I got the cowboy and shrimp taco. Overall both of them were enough to quench my hunger. The dry rub steak melted in my mouth when I took a bite if the Cowboy. The shrimp tacos was simple and straight forward. It has queso, onions, bell pepper and grilled shrimp. Tasted as expected nothing too fancy here.
Another reason I visit a Tacodeli is because of the one of a kind drinks you get, such as my favorite Mexican Cola.
Last but not the least, the sauces provided by them are mouth watering! If you are a spice enthusiast, the habanero sauce is one worth trying on your taco.
Recommend a Tacodeli if you have never been, it's an experience worth having.
Arguably the best tacos in town. Headed out this morning to grab some breakfast and had the migas and the egg and spinach taco. The tortillas are so soft and the food is really really good. But what makes it really awesome is the sauce !!! You have to try the sauce and not liking it is not an option :) The only downside I may see is the size of the tacos which is on the smaller side when compared to the other places but nothing really beats the taste !!
Any visit to Austin is not complete without breakfast tacos.
We ordered on the app to save time and ate in. I ordered the Freakin' Beefin' and the Migas Taco. They were delicious. If I make it back, I'll be sure to try the Banh Mi.
If you're not in a hurry, I'd recommend ordering at the counter. There was no line, and the food is served on a tray, so it isn't getting squished in a bag.
Great breakfast tacos! Will go back again tomorrow

Well prepared food and fairly creative menu. Tasty beverages and a nice bourbon blondie. Friendly staff even when they are super busy. This is a great place for simple good breakfast or lunch!
The food here is always outstanding, but the staff is amazing as well. We recently made a mistake on our catering order and accidentally ordered for the wrong week. After arriving at the restaurant to pick up the order on the wrong day, the manager insisted on making the order even though it was 5PM on a Friday. The food was outstanding as always, but the staff truly went way above and beyond to fix our mistake and save the birthday party. Thank you!
