I went there on vacations for me and business trip for my boyfriend. We have to hear some good conferences at The At & T executive and educational conference center and when we stop at the Carillon for lunch. I just fall in love with the restaurant, the food and the enviroment. It is amazing. The price is good considering that we are eating the best food in Austin Texas and maybe in all U.S.A. It is a VIP experience that I highly recommend !

My husband and I chose to celebrate our wedding at the Carillon and we couldn't have chosen a better place! I just wanted to thank the staff for giving us and our family such a wonderful experience. We had a whole staff to wait on us and the food was great! I will definitely consider the Carillon again in the future!

We went there for Easter Brunch and thought it was very nice! We had 13 people and they had us in a private room. The food was great as well as the service!

On February 8, 2017, a corporate event that I had worked on organizing, took place at The Carillon in Austin, TX and they totally exceeded my expectations. The event turned out fantastic. From Texas cocktails to the amuse bouche from the chef to every course in the meal being paired perfectly with Texas wines., it was a foodie's dream. Thanks guys for all of the tender love and care! Your attention to detail really paid off... all the way down to the Texas long horn sugar cookie (party favors) for our guests at the end of the night. You guys rock!

We were visiting the Austin area and happened to come across The Carillon Restaurant on yelp of all places. Both my wife and I felt under dressed but the staff was very friendly and we thought the food was very good. Kind of pricey but I felt it was worth it. It's worth the indulgence and we will definitely come back if we're in town.

We have tried many restaurants in Austin and we keep coming back to the Carillon, definitely our favorite, best pork belly in Austin!

My mother was visiting me for the first time after moving to Austin and I wanted to take her somewhere nice for lunch. Since I'm gluten free, we planned which day we would go based on the weekly menu that's published for the buffet. There isn't the quantity of food that we'd typically see at a Vegas buffet, but the price, quality and presentation of the food more than made up for it. We ate until we couldn't eat any more, the staff was very friendly, and the signs clearly posted which items were gluten free. I believe there's no parking validation for lunchtime but overall it's still cheaper than going to Vegas to meet for a buffet lunch.

The 3 course dinner is such great value for the price. Creative high qualoty food, huge portions, and excellent service. Our experience was topnotch. Can't believe this place is not that popular

Wow, this may have been the best meal I’ve ever had! The staff was incredible and personable with flowers on our table for my birthday and the food was beyond. The culinary staff here deserve a ton of recognition and if you haven’t been here or are on the fence, go! You absolutely won’t regret it. From the cheese and meat board to the hamachi starter and then the NY Strip and Texas lamb shank… I could go on for days!!! Kudos to this team!!! I’ll be dreaming of this meal forever!

We dined at the Carillon for Breakfast and Dinner. The ambiance and food selections were nice. The customer service was excellent! Shout out to Elliot, the manager, who took good care of us!! Not only was he present during our dining experience, but he was at the bar, Gabriel’s, when we returned for an evening nightcap. Even though the kitchen was closed, he sent out chips and salsa to accompany our drinks, made by Tess—one of the best Old Fashions that I’ve tasted. Additionally, our servers, Sandy, Benjamin, and Frankie were also great. I did find the some of the breakfast buffet items lacking in flavor. Specifically, the pancakes were burnt, eggs overcooked, and sausage was just ok. Despite the few unfavorable points mentioned above, I would definitely come back for the service, dinner, and drinks!.

My friends and I went tonight for the first time to celebrate a friends birthday. The atmosphere was exquisite, staff was impeccable, food was amazing and the Manager Elliot was so awesome!!! For the dining experience we had, they should be charging 2-3x more for their food and we would gladly pay it. It is a small restaurant so reservations are needed to make sure they have availability. I highly recommend The Carillon Restaurant, it’s truly a gem. We will be back very soon 😋

Oh, Carillon! Our family loves you so much. We are locals who enjoy eating here before events at UT. Now that our daughter is a UT student, we loved making Carillon a part of her ring ceremony celebration. Date nights are such a treat here because it’s an elevated meal at a reasonable price (3 courses for $45!). One of the things I love most about Carillon is the ambiance. It’s a beautiful space, with high ceilings with very low noise. It’s a quiet place for great dinner conversation and the service is attentive without being intrusive. Love this campus gem!

Dinner here Saturday was truly Otherworldy in how delicious and satisfying every single bite was! My partner and I had a great evening filled with so much rich flavor that it was intoxicatingly divine! We started with the Berkwood Farms Pork Belly, which was the BEST pork belly I've ever had! We also had the Hausbar Greens Salad, tasty and texturally pleasing! For our main courses: I had the Marfa Meats N.Y. Strip, which was decedent and perfectly cooked. My partner had the Seared Sea Bass served with little neck clams and, oh my goodness, so tasty! Last but not least, our desserts: the Shinerbock Chocolate Mousse Cake, which was heavenly and rich! Sean got the Apple Cranberry Crisp, and it tasted like the holidays served with ice cream! This was honestly one of the best meals I've ever had! Ended the night with some hot Jasmine tea, and had an Apple Crush Cocktail!

A true gem of a restaurant. Food, service and wine selection and cocktails top notch, and prices are very reasonable. 3 course meal special $45, excellent choices available in the special. Even without special, great price for the quality. Definitely a must in Austin. Upscale atmosphere.
