I was in town for a conference and ate here because it was raining and I didn't want to go out. I'm very skeptical of hotel restaurants as being over-priced and often sub-par quality. I had the Moroccan spiced lamb pizza and, although the portion size was small, the flavors were spectacular. I decided to try the bourbon bacon bread pudding: that portion was ENORMOUS and delicious. The next night I convinced two of my foodie friends to eat here. They were blown away. The scratch biscuits and duck gravy would benefit from more gravy but the honey butter and bread is a fabulous appetizer. We followed that with the holiday ham with bacon braised greens and cheddar grits (amazing) and the pastrami beef ribs with Brussels sprout sauerkraut and mustard cream sauce (incredible). Then the flight of savory cheesecakes -- I've never had cheesecake like that! -- and the specialty salted chocolate stack cake (huge, and wonderful). Great selection of cocktails and beers too (the pecan porter is wonderfully smooth and sweet). Highly recommended!
Absolute best Margherita pizza ever in Downtown Austin to stroll. I wish I have duck egg on it but sadly they don't have it anymore. No regards, still the best according to what's best at Austin by Eater or other food media. Grade: A+
My daughter treated me to the soft opening Cannon + Belle... Located in downtown Hilton Austin.. Unbelievable food! Incredible menu... Unique, exciting and fresh twist on classics... Bravo Chef Peter... They are very lucky to have you... Kudos to Matt, the manager... Very professional young man! I highly recommend to anyone traveling through Austin. Thank you Maddie Vigil
First time there for Easter brunch and loved it. Quail eggs for brunch yummy, prime rib, one of the best, I've ever had. Definitely returning.

The food was amazing and the chef even came out out and spoke to us. My only issue I had was our server. Not sure if he's new or was having a bad day...but he was not that enjoyable.
The atmosphere is great, food is excellent. I had the roasted chicken. It was moist and had a delicious flavor. My husband had the bison steak. Cooked to perfection for him. Good choice of wines and not too pricey. We will return!
A part of what attracted me to this Hilton location is the Cannon & Belle, delicious food, awesome staff - Raquel was so sweet, made recommendations of where to go and what to see. Definitely lives up to its reputation and best of all is convenient when you’re staying in the hotel.
the service was impeccable, though a little "slow" (but completely forgivable, given the other amazing-ness assets of the venue). i overlooked it many times, staying at the hotel, given the company (clientele); but i was so pleasantly surprised by the service and products. I highly recommend it. So deliciously surprised :)
The music was superb! Please keep booking Barbara Nesbitt! The food, service, and atmosphere was also great!! Thank you!!
This place is beautiful inside, and we enjoyed both the exceptional food and fantastic service.
I've eaten here twice already and both times were amazing. Must tries are the Nitro Coffee and the Bird (pizza). Bravo to the entire team, keep up the great work!
Great service. Great food! The pork shank is a must try. Amazing.
Very good vibe and EVERY dish is delectable. I had the scallops one night and Filet on another. My friend had the best tasting Pork Belly I've ever tasted. They also had Mocktails which was really helpful since I was fasting...and I met the love of my life in an alternate world here also 😉
Great atmosphere! This restaurant was located in our hotel in Austin. I was with my kids and wanted a slushy drink but they didn’t have it. The manager who was an awesome conversationalist talked me into the steak Mac and cheese yes please.
I ordered and took it to the room. Let me say the portion size was perfect cheese to noodle ratio was perfect. The meat was tender and well seasoned.
I rate the the Mac 9 out 10 it was good!
If you get a bad steak send it back . Worth the wait unless you are starving … staying here at the hotel , so I get I shouldn’t expect the best steak at a hotel …but the first steak sent out I wouldn’t have fed to my dog.. both pics below. My sister’s steak was also sadly not great …not sure if I want to risk eating here again. Also no discount any of the food
Stopped in for a quick bite. The sweet potato hummus was fabulous! Decent pizza. Very good cocktail list.
Place is always on point. I did kill two knats. It’s ok. I can wash my hands. Beautiful decor.
Excellent customer service and delicious pizza and salad! The restaurant is lovely, even more so at the moment with all of the magical holiday decorations. I enjoyed the view of the park right outside the window. The ambiance still made for a relaxing meal even though it was busy.
I'm usually skeptical about hotel restaurants, but I'm glad I was able to come here! Approaching the restaurant you'll find the atmosphere here to be welcoming and relaxing. If you check-in on Yelp during dinner hours, you get a free appetizer! I got the Mac & Cheese with the Burnt Brisket Ends and it was great! Very cheesy and creamy. The bacon and brisket made it even better as well. For my entree, I got the Belle Burger which was good as well. I liked how it was on a pretzel bun and had pimiento cheese & tender belly bacon. The unique ingredients made it a good burger. It was a bit too greasy, but not a big deal! Overall, I received quick service and left satisfied. If you're in the area or here at the hotel, come check it out. You won't be disappointed!
Loved all the food here, Breakfast was delicious the honey butter and strawberry jam was to die for along with the made to order omelettes!! I ate many a meal here while in Austin. They have holographic wallpaper of deer in their booths...so cool
Went here for dinner. The menu isn't great for a picky eater like me so I settled on cake. The chocolate cake was to die for! It was very creamy and chocolatey! Waiter was on it but the alcoholic drinks were quite expensive. I was charged 20 dollars for a double Jack and coke, which ai think was ridiculous to me anyway. The premise of the restaurant is to bring farm food to the table, which is a good concept but I don't think this place is really for me. However if you like trying new things then you should check out this place just be prepared to spend some money on the food!
Decent for a hotel restaurant and bar. Bar has great happy hour prices, so it can get busy quickly. I tried all their whiskey cocktails, and they were all good. Had local beers, too. Ate a pizza, it was fine. Shared desserts with my daughter, and they weren't anything impressive. I was surprised that so many people were eating dinner here on Valentine's Day.
Great place for brunch, mimosas are great and they are $3 on a Sunday! We loved the crab bennies and the huevos rancheros. If you go before 10am they have a breakfast buffet which is also delicious. Live band, not super expensive, good food!
