This place is one of my top 5 in Austin! The decor was fantastic and the food hit the mark on all aspects! Our server was amazing and he share the knowledge and history of the location while giving me a tour (old Jaguar car factory)!

Place is great for lunch and hangovers…service could improve but it’s Austin Texas! We’re lucky if someone serves us at all!

I loved this place! I tried the grilled cheese, tomato soup, quesadilla, and a coffee, and it was all perfection. The grilled cheese and cup of tomato soup are both easily the best I've ever had from any restaurant. It was so fresh tasting and had real flavor to it. For an appetizer I had the Irish nachos which were delicious with the sour cream and guacamole with every bite. I also got to try the quesadilla and this quesadilla was mouthwatering. The black beans were seasoned as if it was taco meat making it a good option for a vegetarian or anyone who loves taco seasoning, I will definitely be craving this quesadilla because I was not expecting it to be so good. The spring coffee menu came out today, so I tried the raspberry white chocolate hot latte and while I was scared for a fruity flavor in my coffee, it was surprisingly spectacular and I loved it. Additionally, the service from our waiter was amazing it created an even better environment inside of a beautiful interior. I am most certainly going to come here again and get the grilled cheese, tomato soup, and that quesadilla again!! This place is an Austin must try!

10 stars for Hexe Tarot, Irene’s amazing kale cesar salad, good drinks, and good vibes. Go on a thursday that’s usually when Hexe Tarot is there but check Irene’s IG in case update: Sam R and bartender were thoughtful enough to come up with a creative mocktail for me! i really appreciated them taking the time to make something I like. It was so good I ordered two!! Sweet staff

WOW! Just look at these pictures. They show and prove themselves. Came this morning with a party of 7, seated quickly. Waiter was slow at attending but he did a great job! Pretty sure he just had a lot of tables and might have been understaffed. Got all of our orders correct and was very kind. FOOD was GREAT! I mean, WOW. And the drinks were amazing. They didn’t cheap out on alcohol and we all appreciated that lol. You can taste the liquor along with the mixes. Very happy with the prices. Not cheap, but not expensive. A good in between. Look at spending around $10 a plate for the most part. Completely worth it. 10/10 recommend <3 Thank you Irene’s for a great brunch!

The atmosphere and food were both incredible. There are options for outdoor seating, indoor seating, and covered outdoor seating. The parking situation is not fun. The lot next door is $20 for 3 hours. Service was good, but felt rushed. We were told, “just let me know when you’re ready” at least 4 times after the check was dropped off and we hadn’t ordered dessert yet, nor had we been offered dessert. The cappuccino was good, and although the cookie was fantastic, I was very underwhelmed by the presentation. Overall, the experience was good, and I would dine here again.

Sunday brunch experience. Mimosas were good. Enough space between tables for social distancing. We tried the pulled chicken chilaquiles, but they could use more salsa. The brunch grilled cheese tasted good. On the other hand, the biscuit breakfast is fair, but they ran out of jam and did not tell us beforehand. The coffee tasted pretty good. The restaurant is kid and pet friendly. Good service.

Stopped by Irene’s while visiting Austin and it did not disappoint. I personally had the wings and French dip and it was fulfilling. The group I was with has the grilled cheese and vegan burger and they were all satisfied and didn’t leave a crumb!

Great, great food and drinks spot on downtown Austin. Large inside and outside areas, with full bar. Draft list is great, great cocktails and happy hour. Food was good, service was fast, and everything looked clean. The front area has to go coffee and pastries homemade! Definitely will be back here again.

I turned to my wife and was trying to figure out how this place had any negative reviews. She said “when you’re great haters come with the territory.” Food was marvelous, service was excellent and beyond accommodating to what I asked for (the Irene burger with the steak sandwich setupThank me later). Amazing atmosphere that will definitely have us coming back.

About 16 of us went for my friend’s bachelorette brunch. The food and drinks were 10/10. They gave us cute little Rosé Jell-O shots and marshmallow treats before we even sat down. The table set up was really cute. There were also a couple of great photo opportunities around the restaurant. But what really took that cake was our server Amanda. 10000000/10. Her positive and energetic attitude made the whole experience. We even said at our next dinner place “This place is great but our server is no Amanda.” If you’re reading this, thank you!!

Irene's has been my favorite brunch spot since I moved to Austin three years ago. The staff is always friendly and The vibe is trendy but relaxed. If there's a long wait they have a wonderful walk-up bar where you can order $5 mimosas or $5 bloody Marys and wait on their patio. Located downtown It's just a quick stroll to some great day drinking places when you're trying to have a Sunday fun day. 100% recommend the Buffalo cauliflower, do keep in mind that the menu is semi seasonal so they change it up every now and then.

I’m visiting town for the holidays and got some very hard to get tickets for the drag show on Sunday brunch. It did not disappoint and was worth the wait. The service by our waitress Taylor was amazing, I don’t know how she did it but she got everything right super quick and she was very sweet. The food was amazing, I had the brunch grilled cheese and tomato bisque, perfect for the cold weather, also the pain killer level 3 was delicious. The ladies on the show were hilarious and entertaining- overall there’s not one thing I can say I didn’t like. I would definitely recommend Irene’s for anyone looking for a good time and good food!

This was my first time visiting Austin, TX and Irene’s was first on our list. I really liked the vibes here. It’s a great spot for an afternoon lunch. We sat outside and enjoyed the sun. The service was good and we were able to find a spot to sit once we arrived. I ordered the chicken sliders with potato salad. I didn’t enjoy my food however I still think it’s worth visiting.

Delicious brunch! We sat on the side of the building where there was some nice shade. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! We brought our dog and they were so sweet to him. I got the migas and added bacon. It was super flavorful and the green salsa was mouthwatering. The biscuit fritters has good flavor but we're a little burnt. My husband got the biscuit breakfast and he love it! The homemade Jelly was amazing he said and everything had a flavorful homemade taste.
