Yum! Real Italian. Got the diavlo with ricotta and pancetta(bacon) taste was amazing. Would skip it swap out bacon next time. Too hard. Got the beet appetizer. Yum!!!!! Daughter got the pomodoro with a giant meatball. Red sauce omg sooo good. Meatball was so not meatball. Tender flavorful yummy but not like any ‘meatball’ I’ve experienced. Need a bigger stomach and someone to hold the baby. Yes it looked so good I was trying to eat left handed. Funky Austin space. Kids fit in just fine. A great night will go again and again and .......

My favorite place to go in Austin. The staff is even better than the food, which is saying something, because the food is incredible. Everyone I've spoken to here makes me feel like family. Big shout out to Gaby, Bianca, and Chris, who are the most wonderful, kind, generous, and helpful people/employees I know. I have never been disappointed by anything on the menu. I love to try the specials, because I know that regardless of what they are, they're going to be amazing. If I'm not feeling adventurous, the regular menu has so many tasty options. But for real, go and say hi to the incredible people who work here, enjoy the beautiful outdoor seating, and try some delicious Italian food. Needless to say, Patrizi's is always a hilight of my week.

I tell everyone that this is the best Italian in town. It’s legit. Not over complicated, just seasonal and from scratch and effing delicious. Everyone who works here is also just really good at their job. Love taking my toddler to eat here because I get to watch her scarf down food that is not stereotypical toddler food.

It's very difficult to definitively say that you have a favorite book, what your favorite movie is, or what your favorite restaurant is...there are just so many of them, and it can depend what your mood is at the time. But since my first time eating at Patrizi's about two years ago, I have been able to say "I have a favorite restaurant". I could go on and on about how fresh and delicious the pasta dishes are, I'm from the Northeast, I've eaten traditional Italian in New Jersey, New York...this is the best Italian I've ever had. But please don't discount the other items in the menu. The roasted beets are out of this world...and I don't even like beets. But I order them every time I go. Do yourself a favor, go out for a bowl of fresh pasta and red sauce. And don't forget to add a meatball (you'll be kicking yourself if you don't) Much love to all you foodies out there!

I don't trust anyone that doesn't give Patrizi's 5 stars! Been there many many times and it's always the same. Excellent customer service, beyond delicious food and nice atmosphere! I would recommend the bread and beef fat to start and you have to try their meatballs! If your lucky you may just have a nice friendly chat with the owner about his sweet grandmother!

The pasta's are stellar. It's hard to find fresh pasta. I loved everything we ordered. I got the pasta and red sauce with fresh ricotta and a meatball. It's definitely the best Italian in Austin. The only complaint that I have is that I ordered this through Favor and they tacked on a 15% charge for a Favor order. I normally tip on to go orders anyway, but it'd be nice to have a heads up on the Favor site. I get that Favor takes tips away from servers. If I had cancelled my order because of this, that runner would have wasted her time. It was definitely worth it, though!

My go to: 1/2 & 1/2 with Leo (pesto pasta) + coddled egg (don't skip it!! So deeelish!) & house salad (I could drink the dressing alone!) The rotating seasonal veg is typically amazing, too! And the recently added house-pickled giardenar

Delicious!!!!! I was so happy to be served perfectly cooked pasta!! The right amount of seasoning, ideal mouth feel, a little bite (it makes me smile just thinking about it). I had cacio e pepe and the roasted beets, both plates were fabulous. My husband had the pomodoro with a meatball (lots of great reviews about the meatballs, hubby seemed to enjoy it). Our friend had the carbonara and it took everything in me to not scarf hers down too!!!! The area is cool, though go early if there's a play, as it's hard to find a seats for the wait for drinks can take a while.

We visited this “food truck” because my son loves pasta and we were not disappointed. He rated almost everything a 10. He even mentioned his lemonade was top shelf. We had the pesto and it was amazing and had a nice kick to it. The bruschetta was a mix three different types and they were all delicious all vegetarian of course. We also had a couple of drinks that were also very good

First tried Patrizi’s like 5 years ago and loved it! Was excited to come back and enjoyed it again. Got orders to go. Loved that they had the half salad half pasta option - a perfect option. Loved the house salad, so good. Did the karah’s diavolo, it def had a good spice to it, very much enjoyed. Always a fun atmosphere there.

One of the best freshly made pasta with great flavors. My all time favorites are Bruschetta and Garlic bread. I tried Lemon flavored pasta (forgot the actual name) and it’s a plate with great flavor. I always ask for extra sauce in my pasta, even though they charge extra money, it’s elevate the flavor to next level. Not just food but overall the ambience and love for local food trucks never disappoints this place. They alternate the pasta types everyday so it’s never boring for a same flavor pasta 🍝

Loved the Pomodoro sauce. I would come back just for this sauce. Meatball was a little overhyped. I saw too many TikTok’s and reviews on how this was the best meatball ever. Maybe not ever. But it’s good. Haha :D Salad was also excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful. Luckily I arrive right at 5pm. And service was quick. Line really picks up after 6pm so try to arrive early for quick service.

After saving Patrizi’s years ago on my list, I finally decided to try it out for a date night. We were immediately assisted with their ordering processes and explained specials. We ordered their eggplant pasta, diavolo, garlic bread and tiramisu. Food came out in waves and everything was so so delicious. The garlic bread toast was to die for and portions were heaping. The pasta had a delicious bite and flavor, packed with sauce and toppings. Everything tasted so good and unique. The tiramisu was delicious as well. The Vortex itself is a really cute area with lots of parking, covered seating, and entertainment. It was storming so we didn’t get to enjoy the live music and drinks, but I would definitely come back to try more food and drinks.

We came unknowingly there was a market, play and live band that night so it was VERY busy the friday we went. waited about 30 minutes to order, and 30 for food. This was to no fault of the staff, as they are very popular ! (a good sign). Pasta is made in house, and so is the sauces i believe. Even with the wait, the food was to the quality i’d expected. A big portion, creamy and fresh sauce, with deliciously made homemade noodles. The dj they had also crushed it !!! (forgot to get their name). There’s a bar by it if you want drinks and lots of outside space to sit. It’s a chill area and i’d like to come back to try more of their offerings at a less busy time. I’d also recommend checking ahead and coming when it’s not as busy to skip the wait.

BEST PASTA EVER!! We didn't know what to expect before coming here. We came on a Friday night, and it was pretty busy. It has such a great atmosphere - something typical for Austin. We waited about 20 minutes in line, and then about 30 minutes for our food to be brought out to us, but it was well worth it! Try to pick a table before hopping into the ordering line. Pictured is their garlic bread and the Cacio E Pepe dish. I seriously couldn't stop thinking about how good the pasta was for the next few days! It is fresh and homemade. Highly recommend!!!

10/5, must-go. Service is excellent, pasta is perfectly cooked, tatarea are amazing, even for a restaurant, but especially a food truck! We had: Pecan Tarragon Fettuccine Karah’s Diavolo Meatballs with Patrizi’s Red Sauce And first Bruschetta, then last Tiramisu, both which we ate before getting a picture.

Amazing, amazing food! Worth the inevitable wait you’re going to have with everything being made fresh. Absolutely great and patient customer service with them willing to answer all the questions I had. Great atmospheric here even in the triple digit heat. And the Butterfly Bar had a great menu and nice staff as well and allowed for indoor eating. also, so affordable for the experience and quality you receive! I will be back as soon as I can.

Cute pasta place in Austin. Ordered take out but immediately regretted not being able to sit and eat there. The pasta itself was good quality and the sauces were delicious. We ordered a variety so we could try everything at home.

An Austin staple for pasta made from scratch! I highly recommend the Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe, and meatballs. It's best to either go during the week/off times as the outdoor seating area is not large and it gets PACKED during prime times. The Butterfly Bar is open for alcoholic beverages, and it's all open air so it is dog friendly as well. Only docking a star because the line is ALWAYS so freaking long and the wait times are usually an hour even after ordering. It is worth it- just need to plan ahead. Price point around $20 PP but portions are good.

Super fun, inclusive atmosphere with a great staff. They were super helpful to new people and gave a great description of the menu. Perhaps it was my own overexcited expectations, or perhaps i just ordered poorly, but I’m giving it 4 stars because it wasn’t the mind blowing experience that it was made out to be.

This has been a staple Italian spot for fresh made pasta for more than 7 years. Worth the price! Their meatballs are excellent and the rotating special is always great. But man that carbonara is godly.

The atmosphere is really fun, all of the workers were super friendly and helpful. The wait is a bit long, but we were expecting that. We got the dinner for two. The food was mostly very good, but the acino de pepe was too peppery and not creamy at all. The pesto pasta was our favorite, and my fiance loved the garlic bread.

This was our 2nd time to Patrizi's. Our first visit was just for drinks and appetizers. I'd heard many great things about the food and it was true! It was delicious! We enjoy a variety of dishes at our table....everyone was very pleased. We also appreciated the friendly staff...especially Joey, who made us feel welcomed and appreciated our business. This place has a really cool vibe. I love that the bar is separate...easy to go and get drinks. We will definitely go back!

Really cute place for outdoor dinner! Ordered the garlic bread, Pomodoro with meatball, and the Great Leopold. Pasta is very filling and delicious. We also ordered the tiramisu which was sooo creamy and delicious! Be expected to wait! The seating area gets filled pretty quickly and food takes a while to be prepared, especially on busy nights. We waited about 35 minutes for our food to come out. There is live music sometimes too which is nice to enjoy.

I come here so often because they have phenomenal food that's not too expensive. I've tried almost the whole menu, and I think my favorites are the pesto, the pomodoro, and the garlic bread. Their specials are always fantastic too! Try to get there before 5:30 pm because there is usually a line to order food.

I can’t get enough of this place. I’ve had the Diovolo (made dairy-free), garlic bread (made dairy free), and the vegan Rainbow Salad. Everything is fantastic. I imagine if they opened a brick and mortar in this area, they would do a great business. Just be warned that if you are planning to eat there, go early to avoid a 30-60 minute wait for food. Or order for pick-up.
