This place was absolutely amazing! Delicious food, wonderful service, cold beer, comfortable atmosphere. No wait to be seated. Food came at a reasonable time and everything was superb. 10/10 would recommend! Affordable, too!

It was the most fantastic time I’ve ever experienced in my business trip.
I’d been in Austin about 3months, and totally felt tired in that region and its own food.
But the beef rib and raw beef here made me feel like I’m in my hometown.
And honestly the side dish here also made me felt fresh.
Chefs and servers? No doubt, they are the most kind people I’ve ever met in restaurant including Korea.
I deeply recommend here to visit for people in whole world.
Favorite place to enjoy Korean barbeque. Taste is authentic, excellent service, frequented by Koreans, plenty parking spaces.
My husband and I came here for our anniversary and we had Dani as our server. We had the best time. We got the BBQ and it was soooo good. Great quality. Dani was so nice and took such great care of us. We will definitely be back soon to try hot pot.
Food was amazing. We have been here before, and the price has increased quite a bit, but the food quality and taste was still good. The service was also good and it was convenient that there was a bell to call them when we needed to order and pay our bill. Love their side dishes as well.
Dropped in for a quick dinner. I was seated immediately my waitress was very nice and knowledgeable. My food was great!
A great place to take the whole family. I am a vegetarian and enjoyed the Bi Bim Bob with tofu and all the side that came along with it. Recommend adding the red sauce to add some spice. The kids enjoyed the BBQ and cooking their entrees at the table. We went with friends and recommend this place as a great place to go to and enjoy a meal with others.
It was the first time my mom and I went here. Our server Dani, absolutely amazing! She went through the menu with us and gave a recommendation for braised short ribs, amazing! Dani also made sure we knew how to cut the meat up haha because we weren’t sure. She was an excellent server. We will definitely be back!
Food was amazing! Yesterday I visited here with my Korean friend. It was my first time eating Korean food, and it was a very new and enjoyable experience :)

Its been an awesome experience.Our server Dani was very nice and helpful.She explained all items in menu really great for us since this was our first time. She helped cut our food into smaller piece. And also helped pack our left overs. We will definitely come back here.

Chosen Galbi Korean barbecue restaurant is an amazing place. The food is terrific, especially the seasoned meats that we cooked at our own table. I fully recommend this as a destination place to eat, when in the mood for Korean barbecue.
Amazing small little getaway from the normal restaurant style and corporate America diners.
Great customer service, friendly smiles, and fast service without the fast food taste. The food was scrumptious and delicious. You can definitely tell they took pride in making all the sides and the main course.
I had them prepare it in the kitchen but they do have the option of you cooking it at your table which was pretty fun from the patrons around me.
Dani was an awesome server. She guided us through the extensive menu and was very nice. The food was spectacular as well, will come back again!
We had a great experience at this authentic Korean BBQ. The brisket and spicy pork were excellent and easy to cook. The soondubu (spicy tofu stew with beef) was awesome and the side dishes (banchans) are fresh. The restaurant was busy but we received friendly and responsive service. My friend and I had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated but the food was worth it. I would certainly return to explore more of this traditional menu!
2022 Update: we recently visited the place. The grill does not taste different, but all the dishes we ordered did not taste like before. Feels like they either changed ownership or the chef.

I have been coming here for years. Food has always been good. They are a bit more pricier than others Korean restaurants in town (not by much) but it's definitely worth spending the extra few dollars. The service are good. Sometimes might have to wait a bit longer for the server to get to you when they are busy but that's for most of restaurants during rush hour. Everything taste very good of course. Boyfriend and I are loyal customers.
